My IPad stopped charging so I booked an appointment at the Genius Bar! The best guy in the world fixed my problem and saved the day! Forgot his name but he was THE BEST

Had an amazing experience with Quentin at the Genius Bar today. He saw my problem through even tho I was ready to give up. Shout out to Gary and E...(I’m so sorry I don’t know how to spell your name but you’re Lead Genius there). You are all fabulous and thanks for helping me get my AirPods sorted before my flight back home. Respect!

This shop has basically one staff per customer, it's no need wait any second to have their attention, all of them are always very helpful and kind.

I confess that I arrived very frustrating with my problem but I left totally happy with the brand, the amazing customer service and my problem 100% solved!

The only reason i am giving this review 4 stars is that I enjoyed watching the live performance of Demons Of Ruby Mae. I had a voucher to put towards a product and I was deciding out of about 4 different accessory products for my iPad. I walked int the store where it seemed like people were just hanging out like student common room or using it as a meeting point to meet friends before moving on (Apple staff included)

I received the usual can I help as I browsed products, which is fine, but when I decided on the Apple Pencil, I could find no one to give me advise for love or money.i remained at the table where the Pencils were as I didn’t want to go wondering off and then someone else would start, rightly so, play with the Pencil. I just stood watching the band do a sound check, and there was a member of staff helping out a customer going through the pros of owning a Pencil so I did my best to eavesdrop but to no avail. About 20 mins later of me just standing there, a young lady came along and helped me, didn’t give me a thorough demonstration ( lucky I did a lot of my own research, I just expected more selling instead of me getting the feeling of arrogance that I was going to buy anyway) Transaction was seemless and clininical as expected and the only benefit was hearing good music. I like buying my products high end as the quality and reputation is there, for example, I usually buy products from John Lewis because there customer service all round is akin of treating you like royalty, I think Apple can learn instead of having that care free hippy generation mantra that I am sure it was built on, products and surroundings aside, it was like walking into Primark.

More customer contact would be most helpful instead of staff applying makeup, chewing gum and looking dazed - shocking disgraceful

Worst experience to date with customer service in an Apple Store. Apple your Brand is brilliant but your treatment of me as a loyal client was poorly handled. Your management behave like a government department and can't think out the box. Genius Bar my problem isn't resolved and I may as well bin my Apple Watch rather then deal with you again. I won't be recommending your store, let alone Apple from here on.

Terrible service. Just came out of the shop, the guy who was appointed to help me couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Didn't get the answer to any of my questions. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I went to the Apple Store for the fourth time in two months. My IPHONE 5S for the fourth time died and for the fourth time the apple simply traded it for another, possibly refurbished one. This time Ashley told me that possibly the problem was with my data that I should manually download. I then decided to buy a new IPHONE for myself and gave my son the IPHONE 5S. My son was very happy about that. If the problem was the data, everything should go well: my son has 20 contacts, just downloaded one game and took some photos in those three days of using the device. So today his IPHONE gave me the same problems as mine before. It's an absurd. Simply updates are incompatible with older devices. Apple forces consumers to buy more and more devices. My son is devastated, it was his birthday gift!

I took my Beets headphones back. There in warrantee and not charging. This model has really bad reviews for which the genius acknowledged and said he would be happy to replace them. Turns out they don’t have stock. I said I’ll happily upgrade and pay the difference as I’m going on holiday and need headphones. He said not possible and arranged for me to collect the last pair at Regent st. They couldn’t find them. Now told they are on order and il will have to come back when there in stock. I’ll get an email when they are available. I only have 3 weeks left on the warrantee so it looks like I’m working on trust. Either way I’ll have to purchase some form my holiday which is more than annoying!

I really use to like this brand now it is a complete croc of shit. Customer service is applying and you are treated like an idiot, when you try and complain it’s like you shot one of their pets - I thought the bloke was going to burst into tears. What a joke.

I left my iPhone 6 this morning to change the battery (yes that phone that has been drastically slowed down by Apple - but I remain loyal!).

When I picked it up 2 hours later, I was told the technician didn’t manage to turn it back on. The phone never had any problem, other than a weak battery. So basically they broke it?

So I was handed a new old phone in which I needed to reinstall everything and lost a lot of data. They did ask me if I backed up my data beforehand, which I interpreted as photos and contacts but I was not told of a possibility of the phone dying and having to reinstall all the apps, etc. (I would have said no thanks).



But in order to access the backups you need internet connection and that was another problem - the wifi connection in the Apple store is too weak to do that. ‘There are a lot of people here so connection is poor’ said the ‘Genius’.

Wow - the Apple Store’s internet connection is not strong enough to cope with the visitors on a normal Thursday afternoon.

And lastly, I had a screen cover on the phone they broke - but I was asked to pay for a new one if I wanted one on the new phone.



Appalling service.
