You know what, their jacket potatoes are a fabulous addition to anyone's spa experience. Make sure you opt for the extra beans and tuna - and as always, a fruit scone for dessert. It's sure to make anyone in the jacuzzi immensely jealous, especially if they are dieting; which they most likely are!

I spent the day here on Saturday 8/08/15 on the Revive and renew experience and it was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful , nothing was too much trouble to ensure that my friend and I had the best day ever. I will definitely be going back and telling all of my friends. Thank you so much Aqua Springs !!

Fab place to relax highly recommend food lovely aswell and healthy options x

Excellent treatment from Anousha. My Mum and I had the best manicure, facial and back massage with her.

Food and drinks were reasonably priced. I had a cheese and red onion chutney panini with a mint hot chocolate.

Would definitely recommend!

i have been a few times over the past four months and I think it's very clean for a wet area. I have not tried the café as I have food allergies & intolerances so not possible for me.

The only thing I would mention is the shared ladies changing room, I would prefer not to change in front of other people.

We went on a Saturday evening and was very quiet and relaxing,it was my partners 1st time but I'd been before with the girls :) staff always lovely and helpful. Prices had gone up but to be expected. we will be back.

The spa itself was good although i think it needs a good clean or a refurb... my self and my friend went yesterday.. very relaxing... however when it came to the food... we got a baguette each..mine was ham.. the ham was like rubber and tasteless and not even a spread of butter very dry it must have been 3 maybe 4 days old.. my friend had tuna and cue.. the cue was paper thin and very little tuna and again no butter. We took it up with the young man who served us who offered us another sandwich.. we asked for a refund which he gave us and was very apologetic after he had spoken to his "manager". The manager came out to see if it was a cash or card refund, she looked over then walked away.... NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.. Disgusting behaviour from a manager.

It's ok when it's not busy but can get noisy, there are no staff in the spar area to quieten down noisy customers, were supposed to be able to relax there . But over all I do like the place just pick a good quiet time to go

User

Great value for money, but can be busy at times.

User

From the area but moved away. Come here every time we visit Suffolk. Never have anything to moan about but would like cubicals instead of one large changing area for those less confident to bare all in front of others

User

Aqua springs leaves you with a sense of calmness and well being.

Went for a friend's birthday, we had a lovely time, But the food choices were very limited. We all wanted to have some lunch, only thing that was available was over priced sandwiches that had next to no filling in them.

User

Spa was OK. Floor was very very wet and slippy defo needs to be mopped down more. The food isn't nice in there. The bread is very very dry I couldn't eat it felt and tasted like it had be Sitting there for about a week. And the drinks were served in the wrong cups.. All in all a OK day to go. But very very very slippy floors.

User

Really enjoyed the facilities.. only complaint was the disgusting state of the changing room floor which spoilt the experience. It was being mopped over with a dirty mop rather than the ones used for getting rid of water in the spa area which meant the dirt and hair and grime was just being slushed around the floor. A shame as the rest of the experience was great! Hopefully you can give that area some attention for five stars next visit!

User

Looked forward to trying out the 'New' refurb but was disappointed, still didn't feel cosy and very like a spa, large jacuzzi needs to be warmer and ceiling needs some tlc. Over all ok experience but slightly on the expensive side.

User

It's quite nice. The place could do with a bit of a revamp as there is paint peeling off the walls. The changing rooms are quite dirty on the floor so need to be cleaned more regularly but the actual facilities are very good. Food is very average but not too over priced. Good value for money if you make a day of it.

I have been to Aquaprings many times, however it has been several years since my last visit.

I visited on 5th May with my mum for her birthday and had afternoon tea.

The improvements made to the rooms is lovely, and the experience of them is still very nice.

However, the afternoon tea was a massive disappointment, I'm sorry to say.

For the price, I expected much more from this! It was very simple and the sandwiches are similar to what I would give my 1 year old! I do not recommend having the afternoon tea.

User

Poor food .highly processed pannini. And salt therapy spa not working and monsoon shower is laughable. And too top it of changing room floor was filthy on leaving so was hard to get dressed.

User

Changing room was tiny, shower wasnt powerful enough and took ages to rinse my hair, jacquoozi was only luke warm and I was shivering, too noisy, too busy, they ran out of jacket potatoes and paninis so had to have a dry sandwich where the filling is no where near the edges, floor of changing room was filthy. Wont be returning.
