Been shopping at Arabian Nites since it first opened and I have to say, FABULOUS ABAYAS! MarshaaAllah! In shaa Allah they do even more well in the future ☺️. Have to say good customer service, always giving suggestions and feedback on how abayas could be worn suited to myself. Brilliant!

User

Beautiful abayas! wedding collections really hard to choose as there all fab

User

Not shopped here yet, i was looking for a place where i can get quality stylish abaiyas, but reading reviews hhhmmm... Not sure anymore its a put off.... Sad times.

Arabian nites has some stunning and unique styles and designs. However they are so pricey and should do occasional discounts and offers!

I tried a beautiful gold coloured open abaya and fell in love with it instantly and could not help adore myself in the mirror! However I did not purchase it as I wanted to think about it property before spending over my budget. I thought that if I decide to buy it, then I could easily buy It on the Internet. It's a shame that they don't sell it on the Internet or atleast That I cannot find a picture of it on their website. Likewise there were many other items that I found in their shop but there is no sign of them online.

Arabian nites, please sell what you have Instore, online too!

I think the outfits are nice, a little on the pricey side but its a shame that the service is so rubbish. If you are going to be charging so much for your products, you really need to invest in professional and friendly staff.

User

They have really nice and unique garments. However, their customer service is very poor to the level it's dreadful that I stopped shopping there for a while. But their designs are different and stylish hence I do still shop there. But there service has not improved over the years. It's such sad state of affairs that we cannot speak highly of our Muslim sisters. The owner is clearly just in it for the money as their refund and exchange is not made easy with or without a receipt. poorly trained staff with no skill or common sense in customer service and hardly any discount given to loyal customers or general promotional 's etc. Staff - our Muslim sisters are arrogant, unhelpful and just plain rude. May Allah guide and soften our hearts. Ameen

The manager refused to provide me with an exchange on the size on a item I received as a gift eventhough was bought same week with original packaging and price tags etc and the staff that served my friend was also there at present.... Manager claimed that most retails do not provide exchange without reciept as that is apparently the only proof of purchase and people buying gifts should hand out the receipt to the person receiving the gift..... However I disagree completely as most retails do provide exchange on gift items as they don't always provide gift receipts which this store didn't.... Also in cases of receipt being lost most retailers do accept bank statement as proof of payment and do accept original packaging etc especially if it's a sole trader that doesn't have other branches and this should not effect ones statutory rights.... It's clear that she has a very strict policy placed, however she is very unprofessional and doesn't care about her customers eventhough they are paying a high price for the goods.... I'm disappointed in the poor customer service!!!

User

Rude staff and horrendous attitude when speaking to customers. Customer service is disgusting.

User

I was refused for an exchange, because I didn't have the receipt, told the staff it was a gift from someone and took it within 7 days.

2 weeks ago I bought an abaya from arabian nites to give as a gift to someone. I asked for gift receipt, the lovely sister who served us told they don't gift receipt, but can exchange within 7 days. Therefore I thought I could exchange my abaya, which was a gift. They need to introduce gift receipt, if they don't accept to do without receipt. It would be rude of me to ask the person who gifted me, to ask for the receipt. I was also toldo that retails such as H&M don't do without receipt. WRONG , Mashallah they have a better business ethics. They will let you exchange withour receipt as long as it has the labels on. Please do not tell customers they exchange within 7 days until you have introduced gift receipt system. As a lot of the time people buy for the people as a gift. And 7 days policy to exchange, everyone doesn't live in Whitechapel, some people come from far places. Absolutely disappointed with th service.

I used to enjoy shopping here. I like the clothing however, the last two times I visited the service has been awful.

The first time, I purchased quite a few abayas, not once during my time in the shop did any staff speak to me or offer assistance. When it came to paying, the sister had half her body turned away from me engrossed in conversation with her colleague. Totally unwelcoming and quite snobby behaviour.

I know everyone can have off days so it didn't put me off from going back. However, the last time I went has put me off.

I chose two abayas on the first floor of the shop (totaling £220!) The sister said she'd get me packaged ones and bring them down for me. However, as me, my mum and daughter were walking down the stairs she threw the package down. It hit the light on the way down and landed at the till.

It is totally unprofessional behaviour not to mention hazardous. She came downstairs anyway so I don't understand why she threw my items. When she came down her colleague remarked "why the hell did you throw that? It was smelling a little funky so I've sprayed perfume in here". Even in Primark staff are friendly and welcoming so I dunno why two girls selling abaya seem to think they are above their customers who are mostly their sisters in faith.
