Went into look at a second hand BMW and ended up walking out after purchasing my perfect brand new car all thanks to Terry Linford! I usually find dealing with car salespeople the worst part about buying a car but he has definitely changed my opinion, welcoming, honest and went out of his way (including missing his sons football game) to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend Terry if buying from Arden Maidstone.

Turned up at Arden BMW Maidstone unannounced on Monday (18th Jan) morning having just driven off the train at Eurotunnel Folkestone with a battery warning light showing amber. We were only in the UK for two days, returning to France Wednesday lunchtime and a quite a few miles planned in between. Arden went far beyond what I would have expected. They kept my X1 to carry out the necessary tests on the battery etc and without me asking loaned me a very nice BMW 520 for the period of my trip.

They ordered a new battery for my car, had it fitted and car cleaned in plenty of time for me to catch my return train at 2.00 pm Wednesday. Very many thanks to Arden for your great customer service, especially to Gary Page and his team who made it all possible. Thank you.

Picked up new 17 plate 3 series yesterday and it is excellent. Terry (Sales) was really good at looking after every step of the process as usual. We will definitely go back again to buy another car as everyone seems to genuinely care about the service they provide

Had a few things to do on the 530. Was booked in and informed jobs in the neR future would be bought forward. Was kept informed throughout the day and everything was done in 3 hrs. Excellent service thank you.

Had a fantastic customer service experience here at Arden. After coming in for new front brakes I was pleasantly surprised when the lovely Elise, kindly noted that my next service was almost due. To save time she kindly booked me in for a service and supplied me with a courtesy car! Saved me going back next month! All done in a day without being off the road, amazing.

Good customer service management changed a potential 2 star to a 5 star after my car was returned with a fault warning showing even though it did not have the fault when I left it. Full marks to Paul for turning round what had started as a less than satisfactory situation and then following up with a call next day to make sure that the fault had not recurred.

Excitedly, picked up my new car today. Of course always nice to do but must say how impressed I have been with the customer service, in particular Luke Gould. Luke took to task in sourcing me a car. His communication during the whole process over a few weeks has been exemplary. Not only ensuring he stuck to my brief and budget, he also took time out to go through the gadgets/tech without feeling rushed. What a great introduction to my first BMW experience!

Collected my new X5 last night, can't fault this dealership in any way, attention to detail all the way ! I still have three other vehicles to buy with friends in the next few months, sales team excellent, especially GM Lewis Reynolds and salesman Steven Boyd, thank you so much for all your hard work and effort, hot chocolate was great too !

Went in this morning to look at used cars and was left sitting waiting for 40minutes. Everybody who came and sat down afterwards were seen before me and no one even had the courtesy to apologise for the wait or advise how much longer it would be. The others waiting were being offered tea and coffee and were apologised to for having to wait 10minutes, whereas I was there for 40 and not even a sideways glance. Disgusted by the customer service.

We have been victimised. We had problems with a vehicle purchased from Audi Inchape Maidstone but sorted out problem eventually. But some how BMW group Maidstone heard about this and have told us that they can’t serve us . My husband is Autistic. If have a disability you can’t buy a car here! Told him to leave showroom. Never buy from here .

Totally useless, opening times inaccurate, parts department lazy. Make an enquiry about repairs, "we'll have to ask the manager" - chase them up twice and still no one gets back to you. When I have a problem I drive Leicester to see Sytners BMW who are fantastic but I live in Maidstone so should not have to do this. I don't have any time for this lot and their excuses anymore!

Took my car 2011 5 series, for a service and front break pad replacement, dropped car of at 7:30 am, was contact at 13:00 as they needed to replace discs as well, I was not contacted to ask my permission but because they could not get the wheel spacers off (after market wheels).



I went back to workshop they agreed would not do it that day because they could not get the spacers off which was fine with me (I took it to a well known tyre and garage the next day and they did it fine in under 2 hours, shows BMW competency on this one), I left the garage and would be back at 16:00 to get car as agreed (3 hours to put wheels back on and clean).



I got the garage at 17:30, car was still not back and was still not cleaned (workshop is at different location to showroom), I waited until 18:45 before my car was ready, at this point they had it for nearly 12 hours.



I walk outside to leave and only one of my two electric folding mirrors was folded, try the controls in the car and now the left mirror no longer working, immediately went back inside and spoke to service, they looked and more of less went oh well, someone will call you tomorrow we are closing, this was friday.



Saturday, no call, I tried calling them, no call back.



Sunday, no call, i call again, no one from service works on sunday.



Monday, eventually speak with service again, there attitude was prove it was us!! followed by if it was is coincidence and its still not us, after a long discussion on customer service they eventually agree to take a look (no charge).



Car has been in, they could find no fault with mirror, now they want the car in again because they could not find the fault on the day but now they want to charge me £99 to look at a problem they created, this is a joke, I have will be contacting trading standards today as this is totally unacceptable, I take my cars to main dealers to ensure the best service possible dispute the extremely high hourly rate, I do this to ensure they my car is treated with the up most care



I will be contacting trading standards today for advice.



its a shame they did not realize my wife was in looking at a new 2 series tourer the day before which I will now purchase from another dealer.

I purchased my car 4 years ago, one of the options I added was an M Sport+ option, this included larger, diamond cut alloy wheels. All was well until the car was about 2 1/2yrs old when 3 of the wheels became pitted, they were changed without issue under warranty. Less than 2 years later 2 wheels have pitted again? After leaving my car with Arden for a day I have now been informed a week later that they will be changed but I will need to pay a labour charge of £170 + VAT, this is to remove 2 wheels, remove the tyres, put the tyres on 2 new wheels and refit them to the car, which would take less than an hour - so the wheels I paid a premium for will cost me yet more money through no fault of my own?

I have never received such poor customer service as this place !! The parts department clearly have no idea what their doing ! I ordered an accessory as a Christmas present went to collect it 3 days after I was told it would be there only to be told it hadn’t arrived... ok was then told it would be in three days later but would get a phone call... no phone call !!!

Chased my part a week later to be told my car reg didn’t exist, they couldn’t find my payment and the part still wasn’t at the site anyway !!!

Then they phoned the next day as my gift had miraculously had turned up and I could collect the part over the weekend or if not they would deliver it to me the following week as a goodwill gesture.

I decided to go to the business last weekend to collect the part to be told it was at another site and I had to go there to get it !!!

There was a lovely lady on the desk who could see I was now at breaking point and kindly offered to send one of the parts team to go and retrieve my order whilst making me a drink .She did apologise and recognised the poor service I had received and said that I would get a call from the parts manager on Monday just gone and a week on still no contact.... just about says it all !!!

Had the same limited/poor service I received from this garage years ago (couldn't fix a thermostat issue). Only visited as has a safety recall on the car. Was sat there 40 mins after the car was returned from the service centre - fed up I asked what was going on.... only to be told that my service rep had been tied up with another customer for an hour (obviously another happy customer!). Was asked initially if I would like the car washed - handed it back to me unwashed (they did offer to wash after I highlighted, but had to go to appointments).

Yet again - NOT GOOD ENOUGH
