We bought our soft top mini at the beginning of August, no pressure selling and all questions and concerns dealt with in an honest and professional manner. Following paint being splashed on the car by a careless decorator we found that the after-sales service, so often lacking with some companies, was just as good, a case of customer before cash. I have no reservation in recommending this dealership to anyone.

I just wanted to highlight what a great service I get from Arden Mini. They have serviced my Mini for 3 years and could not be more helpful, honest and efficient. This time I forgot that I had it booked in but they were very understanding when I did not turn up. I re-booked it but it snowed and I asked if I could collect it ASAP because the forecast looked bad for the afternoon. Even thought it needed 2 tyres from another source, it was ready by 13.00 and I was very surprised to see it had been changed from a salt and mud encrusted blob into a shiny Mini inside and out. I'm going to change my Mini soon and would not want to buy a car from anywhere else. Their quality service will definitely lead to a sale.

this place needs to train their drivers not to tailgate and drive extremely aggressively on rainy motorways. Not really the way to behave in a company car.

Took my mini in for a service yesterday, received a phoned call at 2pm to inform me that the car had passed its service but that the engineer has damaged my car when reversing it out of the service garage.



They were vaguely apologetic but the fact I left my car there in fantastic condition, with no marks and picked up a car with damage to the trim which now needs replacing and scratches and chips to the paintwork is insulting.



The service was free anyway due to having a service pack on my car and the staff were hardly quick to offer me anything as compensation. I now have to take another day working from home and take my car back next Monday for them to repair the damage.



As I got into my car to drive it home they had left numerous muddy paper floor protector mats in the car. Could they not have taken these out when delivering the car back to me!



I would not take my car here for a service again. ... apart from the fact I have to take it back next Monday!!
