Art & Craft Cafe

Dear friends / followers, it is with a sad heart that we have to inform you that the Art and Craft Café has had to close. Unfortunately it has not been covering the overheads and rent. We will be hopefully looking for an alternative location in the new year to see if we can succeed in a different site - so please keep following us for updates and we would like to thank everybody that has been using us over the last year for your support, we just needed more of you.....

Well we have had another flock of owls lovingly made again today - well done girls !

It's been a great day and we have been making snakes, clay princesses and our first clay Robin Hood !!!

We have been making Halloween turtles today - think it's the first orange turtle we have done Lol

We have been having lots of fun with clay this week and have made some lovely owls amongst other things

Half term has arrived early for some lucky visitors Halloween finger puppets were very impressive well done girls

It was great to see Charlie and Kai today who came in with their mummies to have lunch and paint some elephant masks - we hope you had fun and look forward to seeing you again soon.

We had a lovely time today hosting Connies birthday party - canvas painting and afternoon tea for mums and children. It's great to see so many smiles x

Hi Everybody, with the change in the seasons we are amending our opening hours slightly. We will be open tomorrow as normal and then from Thursday 20th September we will be opening as follows
Thursday's - 10.00am until 15.00 Friday's - 10.00am until 15.00... Saturday's - 10.00am until 15.00 Sunday's - 10.00am until 15.00 Monday's - 10.00am until 15.00 Tuesday's - 10.00am until 15.00 Wednesday's - closed
Come down and visit us and remember even when the weather is bad outside the welcome inside will always be warm. There is always lots for the children to do and nice food and cakes for all x

What a excellent little place to have right on our doorstep.

I visited today with both my children. We enjoyed painting some egg cups.

They offer some delicious cakes!!!

The children had such a great time we will be back again soon!

Went this afternoon with the whole family. Lovely drinks and cakes. Very welcoming and accommodating. The children loved the rock painting and the rock trail. Will definitely return.

Went this afternoon with my friend and our children, our 3 year olds loved the crafts! Definitely what coronation street park needed, and we'll for sure be visiting again soon! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

We went and treated the kids to lunch, did some rock painting and then did the rock hunt. The kids loved it so will defo be going again :)

We came this afternoon with our two boys and had a wonderful time. It was our first visit and it certainly won't be our last. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and did some painting. The tea was served in a beautiful China set and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Next time we visit we shall be doing a crafting session, and we're already looking forward to it. See you soon.

Our first visit this morning and what a wonderful place and friendly. Loved everything about it from the kids food menu to how clean and welcoming. Will deffinatly be going back and not just to use as a cafe but to try out the crafts part for the boys. Highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming cafe with plenty of crafts to entertain the little ones.....and big ones (I couldn't help but get stuck in too!!). My girls could stay there for hours!!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome :)

Fantastic place... missed the timed session but no worries as can still paint and craft. Stayed longer than planned as we were enjoying our visit so much, So welcoming couldn’t do enough for us. I hope word spreads and we can support this gem but on the other hand I don’t want it too busy for my next regular visit! �

Fabulous!!!!!! Rock painting, structured craft sessions and also you can pop in and ask to do any craft activity and just pay for that as you want....service was absolutely brilliant and they couldn’t do more to help you with anything! Shall definitely be returning and shall sample the food next time

A great venue for a party! Nine 7yr olds completely entertained throughout!
