Creativity can't be studied or copied, it's a gift 👆
This does not mean that copying in general is a bad thing. Anything but since by copying ways of masters on how to process your creativity is the ultimate way to learn it. As Peter Sanders said: "Look and find someone whose pictures you really like and figure out how they did them" ⭐

Look up at the sky. There is a light, a beauty up there, that no shadow can touch 🧡
Art of Seeing is all about looking up (from our phones, daily lives and routine behaviours) and start seeing. Taking the time to take in your surroundings and capturing beautiful moments on camera which resonate with the feeling you're having in that moment 📸

All ages and races represented 🙌 . This is exactly how we like our photographic journeys. We often get back that it is beautiful to be in a family-like atmosphere during our Art of Seeing photographic retreats 🧡 . This is another image of the wonderful meeting with little Ahmad. It turned out that we met him as well on our 1st time to Morocco in 2013, he was 2 years back then. See stories for picture 😍... . This little guy we met on our Art of Seeing journey to Morocco in 2016. He was very curious. @petersandersphotos and our instructor Hannan took the time to sit with him and teach him how to make a photo. At the second picture he proudly shares the picture he took. How not to enjoy that laugh. Ahmad delayed our tea-time but we didn't mind, cause is the time spent on children really ever wasted? ❤ @ Ouarzazat, Ouarzazate, Morocco

Tea time! Throughout the world tea has an important role in the day-to-day lives of many. It is the second most consumed drink in the world, after water 👆
This also counts for Peter Sanders and his wife Hafsa. They are really keen on their British 4pm tea time, wherever in the world they are. Therefore it has an important role in our Art of Seeing journeys as well. It gives the opportunity to stop, reflect and relax 🐪

AOS Granada 2019 will take place from 11th to 15th of October 2019. The world famous Alhambra fort in Granada is one of Peter Sanders’ favourite places where he has spent a lot of time and took some of his most iconic pictures.

We are humbled to share this poem we received from one of our participants.
The Art of Seeing ... A Master of the trade of seeing brought together a group of lovers from afar, For three nights these friends gathered under the auspicious Alhambra and the hidden night stars,Each carrying a unique mirror and an exquisite fragrance from their heart, Guided by the light of a beloved one, Sidi Peter, who has mastered the trade of a seeing heart.
He helped them polish their mirrors to reveal some new insights to be captured by the camera of the heart, They began with the breath and the opening of the Book, and this was the first polish of their hearts.
As they journeyed inwards, and became more receptive so much beauty was revealed, On the last evening hearts were joined with songs and they drank from the spring of Nur, Some ask who are those who gather and want to learn this trade of a Seeing heart?
We are Seekers, Artists, Explorers, Physicians, Creatives, Teachers, Musicians, Writers, Healers, Students, Young and old,
But all traversing this unseen path in search of light and a Seeing heart.
Sidi Peter gifted each of us with a candle from his heart & a paint brush that can be dipped into the Ink of light,
We were reminded that there is no ceiling to our Seeing and the way is always open to those in search of this light.

As you all might know, we are now in Granada for the secone time 🙌 These phenomanal views keep us coming back from more.
It's just so wonderful walking here - you feel the (Islamic) history of the place all around you.
