So what is the Colomba cake?

The Colomba cake is delicious on its own, but is often served with fresh berries, drizzled in dark chocolate, slathered in sweet spreads, or paired with whipped cream.

The Colomba cake is part of the Easter tradition for Italian families. It’s made in a similar way to panettone but has candied fruit rather than raisins!
