Tai Chi is back on at the usual time of 11am this Sunday! Beginners are always welcome. Come and give it a try at the Arts Cafe hall in Manor park, £8 per class. Pay some attention on your inner peace as well as the external health aspects of Tai Chi, at Manor Park, Arts Cafe hall, Lewisham, SE13 5QZ, No special clothing is necessary - any loose fitting/comfortable clothes is suitable. The first meeting of the financial year will take place on Tuesday 4th June 2019 from 7pm to 9pm at Trinity Church of England Secondary School, Taunton Road, London SE12 8PD

The second meeting of the year will take place on Tuesday 1st October 2019 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Trinity Church of England Secondary School, Taunton Road, London SE12 8PD

The third and final meeting of the financial year will take place on Thursday 13th February 2020 from 7pm to 9pm at The Church of the Good Shepherd, Handen Road, London SE12 8NR

We would like to thank our workshop leaders and all the musicians so far who took part at Hither Green Community Association Festival this year! Many thanks to Laura and Lorraine for their energising yoga classes and Priya for support at heart, Caroline Macrory for supporting young authors story telling , Sienna for doing a fab solo performance (14yrs old!), Katrine for her caring focus group on childbirth, Igor and Sarah for fun Peter and The Wolf musical show, Blitz and Pie...ces for their lovely harmony&songs, Amir for his zen taichi energy, Richard Sanderson and all the drone orchestra performers&fantastic experimental delight concert, Tracy with beautiful sandtastic art session, Michele for her fun puppet theatre show, Dave Turbitt for his fun Turbo Comics class, The Four Fathers & The New Crusaders for their moving music!! Looking forward to end this wonderful week tomorrow with Tai Chi, Quaggy Duck Race , Manor Park Friends, Poetry on Edge with Quaggy Poet Patrick, Patricia & Friends and Damascus Chef on board! We have two yoga classes tomorrow Saturday : the first one 10:30-12pm with Laura Glaser and then outdoors Kundalini yoga with Joanne 12-13pm.
Saturday 25th May as part of Hither Green festival: ... Hatha Yoga with Laura Glaser (indoor) 10:30-12:00pm - a longer session with a prolonged restorative pose towards the end of class Kundalini yoga with Joanne Dunbar (outdoor!) 12-13pm
Hope to see you there and do let us know if you require a mat and we can bring additional ones. Thanks! All classes are £8 .
