The staff, food � and setting are all good. Reasonably priced for the location and one of the few restaurants that serve a large cold bottle (660 mls) of Peroni �!!

Love the food with my partner. King prawns, new rainbow salad. Pollo Milanese. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Food is affordable and you can always enjoy a walk and the view.

I'd just like to say an enormous thank you to the amazing waiter at ASK restaurant by Tower Bridge. We came to London last week with 29 school children on a residential trip and ate at the restaurant for three nights. Unfortunately we've forgotten his name, but he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, and although it must have been stressful, he didn't once loose his smile and single handedly ensure we had everything we needed, even when on the first night we were 2 hours late for our booking! Nothing was too much trouble and he really added to the Childrens experience, we can't thank him enough for everything he did! He deserves a medal! Thank you so much from all staff and children at Oakfield & Arreton Primary Schools on the Isle of Wight

Brilliant service and lovely waiters and amazing food! Favourite place to eat ever, been coming here since 2009! Would definitely recommend and very very child friendly too...the kids absolutely love it and great value for money!

I had the fish and my partner had the chicken pasta, both were good.

We had the chocolate gnocchi and the honeycomb cheesecake for dessert....the cheesecake was delicious, the gnocchi was just ok.

Good quality food , yummy , waiter was a little miserable and not very welcoming / chatty . More interested in getting us in and out .

Food was really good. GF pizza 🍕 was lush. Staff were polite and the setting on the river is great 👍🏻

Service was quite speedy despite the waiter telling us there would be half hour wait due to two large parties being served. The food however didn't seem cooked enough so maybe rushed too much? (Soggy calzones). Waitress didn't seem too sure on how to sort the bill out through the till when it came to paying. Other local branches of Ask have been excellent. Maybe understaffed here.

Food was pretty good service was OK the thing that let it down a little were the toilets. pee and tissue all over the floor and the actual toilet was grim

Starter was nice. Had the pork which was nice. Side dish of veg was raw. Attitude of staff was bad. Waiting time was bad. I suggest taking a snack while you look at the menu as youl be there a while. Overall experience DONT GO

I visited yesterday evening. I hadn't been to the Shad Thames branch before but it's literally 10 mins walk from my house so I wanted to go. We were standing at the entrance for a good few mins before anyone came over to acknowledge us, despite at least 2 staff walking back & forth past us a few times. As soon as we'd sat down a waitress came over & asked if we were ready to order, which we were not, obviously. Our drinks took at least 10 mins to come, & I overheard another couple asking how long their mains would be as it'd been quite a while. Food was ok, when we'd finished I fancied a dessert. However, 20 mins after finishing our mains we were still waiting for our plates to be cleared so I decided against ordering a dessert as it was getting late by that point. Various staff were walking back & forth past us but no one came to clear the table & ask if we wanted anything else. In the end my partner had to grab a waiters attention as he was walking past & ask for our bill. Overall I was disappointed with the service. The Bluewater shopping centre branch however, the staff were excellent.

Hostess / waitress was unfriendly and seemed to be more irritated we were there rather than welcoming and friendly

Coffee wasn't great and arrived almost cold

I found the ice cream underwhelming and over all service not worth the view or money

Not a place I would spend money at again
