I can’t believe all the bad reviews! I have ordered from this site many times and never had an issue. I love the large selection of clothing they offer and I’ve returned items with no issues. I know they are based out of UK and am still happy with the speed in which I have received clothing. Best selection of maternity clothes I’ve seen. Every time I wear an outfit from them I get compliments on it.
My orders came fairly quickly, which was nice. But for a return, I was advised on the website that it would take 14 days to process, so I waited my 14 days, and then some, only to be told I have to wait until the 11th of June for the order to be returned back, and then wait a further 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned. I started the return on the 13th of May, so that’s well over a month for the money to return, and complete and utter bs, as none of this information was relayed to me on the website.
Having trouble receiving my order it was ordered on march 25 and I still have not received it. However credit card was charged !!!!! I have tried reaching company nobody reaches out and I cannot find number to call. Give it a couple more days than I will report. Funny I rated it a 2 but it stays as a 4

Received completely the wrong order. Was told by an online chat representative that I'd have to wait 10 days to hear back from them. Pathetic customer service!
Pathetic customer services. I can't get into my account to make a return, emailed customer services and i keep geeting looped around, with no resolution. Their response emails are all templates, no help whatsover. Pathetic!
Horrible customer service!!! They offer discounts but when you apply the discount they never take them. I email them about everything and they do nothing. They never handle anything right. Then I ordered a two piece and only got one item of the two piece. They say they can only give me the pants and not the top. What's wrong with their customer service and how they handling things. Beware! I've never dealt with a website this bad when they do nothing to fix anything. There's so many other websites to order from so don't waste your time on this one. Absolutely horrible! They don't care about their customers or how they handle customer service. Absolutely the worst website I've order from.

Customer service disgusting seriously annoyed I will never shop at ASOS again parcel never arrived even though the delivery companie YODEL need I say more say they delivered it now in a long battle to retrieve the payment even though it's ASOS that have broken there contract with me and broken the law disgusting disgusting disgusting 😡😡😡😡

So stressed as you have messed up an order i have placed for a wedding, I am 37 weeks pregnant and ordered maternity occasions dress and sent the completely wrong thing and no one is willing to help rectify the situation! Been sat chatting online with Raphie who was no help what so ever!! Apparently i cant have a number to talk with anyone either? Had enough so stressed! clearly not as good as a company as i thought!! thanks for ruining a family wedding for me ive had enough!! Horrible !! :(
