Following the new parking barriers installed on the road to Aspire, please only park in the Aspire car park.
If the car park is full, please either wait for a space or collect a 2 hour voucher for the patient car park from our attendant (weekdays).
... Weekends and evenings please also use the patients car park at the bottom of the hill and follow the temporary path to the centre.

How many different classes can you attend in January?
Our centre manager is attempting to take part in all 53 classes between 2nd and 31st January.
... Collect a log sheet from reception and if you come to 5 or more classes by the end of the month we will enter you into a prize draw for a free months membership.
