Ordered a taxi for a pick up at LGW at 0430 two weeks ago. Money left my account, received a confirmation email..... however the taxi did not come. Despite several emails still no refund, in fact they do not even respond to an email.



Take my advice if you have used them before delete their app and go with a competitor. If you have not used them before DO NOT!
