Aunt Winnie was a dear, late great aunt. Her catchphrase "yes, indeed" punctuated the end of almost every sentence. A nicer lady you couldn't wish to meet and so my home-based business is named in her honour.

Specialising in delicious custom-made cakes, other baked goodies and ice creams which are perfect for a celebration or just an everyday treat.

I use natural ingredients and as well as the standard classic flavours I try to be as creative as possible and take advantage of my Jamaican heritage incorporating the tastes and flavours I grew up with.

Wanting to be as inclusive as possible some ice creams are non-diary and egg-less so suitable for those with a lactose intolerance or vegan. If there is a particular flavour you'd like but can't find it in stores, please ask and I'll try my very best to oblige.
