Oskar's Amazing Adventure

Theatre Fideri Fidera bring you an original, heartwarming and entertaining play for young children and their families, full of good humour, adventure, music and song.
... Fun-loving puppy Oskar leaves the snowbound little house on top of the mountain to try to find a friendly animal to play with. But where are all the animals? And why does Oskar have to wait till spring to play his favourite game again? This original play for young children uses a rich mix of storytelling, physical theatre, clowning, puppetry and music & song to tell the tale of a puppy’s search for friendship in the wilderness of the Alps.
Suitable for children from 2 to 8 years of age and their families. Performance lasts 35 minutes followed by a 10 minute playtime, where the children can meet the performer and play with the animal puppets from the play.
All children will be given a free colouring page of all the animals in the show to take home with them.

Swale Film Society - Faces Places (12A) Friday 30th November 2018 Doors open 7pm, Film starts 7.45pm.
Faces Places is the Swale Film Society's documentary movie for this year. Director Agnès Varda and photographer and muralist JR journey through rural France and form an unlikely friendship. The odd and talented pair embark on this journey in a van, adapted to be a mobile photo booth. Throughout their journey the pair encourage locals to have their portrait pictures taken in ...the booth, which they then print out at gigantic size and plaster on the sides of buildings in order to pay tribute to their subjects. The results are utterly spectacular, and often extremely moving. This is a documentary that you do not want to miss!

It’s a lovely little theatre which puts on excellent productions.

Had a great time, staff are so welcoming and helpful. The Love Nest was one of the funniest shows I've seen there, each character was played to a tee. Well done all involved.

Great venue, watched the musicals through the ages show. Brilliant!
