About Aztech London
A Brand New Techno and House Club Night created by Residents Letizia Carrero (Ministry of Sound /Polyester) and Phil Source (Plastic City /Vampire Records) sponsored by Polyester Records and Vampire Records.
Aztech London Description
The Lightbox Nightclub, London, 2011, inside the Dj booth is where 2 great deep musical minds met. Like Kindred spirits it was almost as if they had known each other in a past life. Immediately they connected through the driving sound of Techno and House that was being played on that infamous night.
These 2 great minds were none other than Phil Source and Letizia Carrero two pioneers in their own right.
Letizia looked down at her watch and could not believe that it was already 06: 00 am in the morning. They both were agreed that the party must continue and so an after party was in order. Off to Holland Park they went to a private apartment where the music, dancing and laughter continued…
For 6 years they have been following the same path in music and have kept in constant touch helping each other on the way to huge success.
Phil Source is a Techno and House Dj /Producer hailing from Greenwich, London. He has residences in London with Selecta (A Guy Called Gerald And JB) and Polyester Records @ Ministry of Sound. Over the years Phil Source has played alongside the likes of A Guy Called Gerald, Evil Eddie Richards, Terry Francis, Mr. C, Colin Dale, Photek, Ken Ishii, Nils Hess, Victor Simonelli, Underworld, Alex Patterson, Chemical Brothers, Hardfloor and Letizia Carrero. Phil has releases coming up on Plastic City Records and Eukatech Recordings home to the likes of Marshall Jefferson, Terry Lee Brown Jnr, Loco Dice, Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos and Ian Pooley to name a few.
Letizia Carrero is a Techno and House Dj /Producer hailing for Ealing, London. She has found herself playing for some of the top nights in London, and all around the globe, connecting the dots between several countries, and playing alongside world wide names such as Derrick May, Marc Antona, Subb-an, Russ Yallop, Yousef, Martin Landsky, Eats Everything, , Coat of Arms, Mihai Popoviciu, Audiojack. . . . just to name a few. . .
Resident @ Ministry of Sound (London) and collaborating with 'El Nocturno' playing at their monthly residency in McQueen, among other parties in the city.
Her charming personality and electric energy is imprint in every dj set taking the audience on an adventure.
Her impeccable taste in music has already made a big statement.
The way that Letiizia and Phil discovered each other was like the Spanish Conquistadors finding the Azteca ruins. Using the knowledge from the past and evolving together to make a stronger future.
And so… Aztech London is born. A brand new night of exciting Techno and House Music presented by Vampire Records and Polyester Records. The night will consist of some of The World’s most famous and exciting Techno and House Dj’s as well as some of the most promising new talent around! ! !
