Went for afternoon tea with my friend as a birthday treat. Lovely food and friendly staff. They even made me a little birthday cake. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

We had a corporate function in the Kensington Suite, and we were very well looked after, the food was delicious (not easy for 40 people), and the planning process was made very easy, thanks to Marta! Thank You All :)

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Love the food, credit goes to their chef!!!! I keep coming back though have other choices but can't help choosing it again and again.

Fantastic location overlooking Hyde Park, lovely staff, wonderful design. Stopped here as to see Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall as was a Christmas present for my partner, we both enjoy the experience and will stop again.

Exquisite hotel and one of the best spa's in London. Wonderful but embarasing moment when on the 6/06/2006... I said to Will Smith at reception: "Hi! How are you? He stoped in his tracks and respond back with a huge smile "Im good! thank you!" Then I realised he was A famous actor and not someone I knew... we couldnt stop laughing! Earth eat me... �����

Beautiful. Other hotels in the area can be "full of themselves", but I didn't get that in this hotel. I felt they genuinely wanted to look after their customers. I've never stayed in the rooms, only in the bar. But it's big, and seems to have a nice ambience with nice relaxing music. I will be doing again :)

Lovely hotel and staff👍💕! Beutiful design throw the hotel and a lovely room, but unfortunately our room was with a view of a wall and felt like a basement...... small details in the bathroom could be better.....

Great location, lovely stuff - wonderful design - unfortunately although great room - view into a wall and the fact that it was my birthday literally now recognition - a letter, a drink something - my wife asked for a little cake, they came with a plate of cookies - didn't match the class (5stars) and brought down our overall experience of this marvelous place.
