Hi my name is Rachel Barnes. Welcome to my Facebook page for my Complementary Therapy business! I am a fully qualified, accredited and insured Complementary Therapist offering Reflexology, Functional Reflex Therapy, Aromatherapy services, Body Massage, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facials. I am also an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies and use their products in my treatments as they are organic, natural, not tested on animals and contain no nasty ingredients!

All treatments can be given in my beautiful treatment room at my home. Easy parking outside and disabled access.

I am more than happy to provide a mobile service if you would prefer treatments in your own home. This may incur an additional charge for my petrol costs if outside of Colchester and surrounding villages.

I also have a special interest in offering my treatments to children and adults with autism /learning disabilities and have nearly 30 years experience of working with this client group. I can offer shorter time slots and individualised treatments according to need. I am also happy to provide my services to people living in care homes /residential homes /schools /other therapeutic settings.
