Adult Classes
'Ballet and Stretch' classes are ideal for improving your posture, developing strength and coordination, increasing flexibility. Through out the ballet classes, exercises will concentrate on maintaining perfect posture, whilst working the core, legs and glute muscles. Classes will teach or improve your basic ballet technique. Some strength conditioning exercises on the floor will be included. 15-20mins of stretching at the end will visibly increase your flexibility.
Kids Classes
Kids Ballet Classes will improve their posture, increase flexibility and strength, teach basic ballet technique and coordination.
