A beautiful store and a happy ending to a frustrating experience.



After purchasing a pair of headphones from Hanover square I discovered a fault and attempted to return them. Unfortunately B&O now run their service/repair/returns on certain product lines through their website - not via the store.



Although the hands of the staff were bound by policy they were patient listening to my tribulations - and although they were unable to help initially the store manager personally called me (on the weekend) to resolve the issue. The next day it was completely resolved. Very happy.



B&O is a premium brand and despite this store's efforts I believe the brand is let down by forcing it's customers to use a website to claim a warranty issue - some of us still see value in the personal touch, and don't mind paying a bit extra for that level of service and care.



Despite corporate policy I'm glad Bang & Olufsen staff at Hanover Square still see the value of great customer service.
