Important Information from Barons Kentish Town.
Please be advised that on the 30 June 2018, our Barons Kentish Town Sales department will be relocating to our Barons Borehamwood and Barons Watford Centres. Conveniently located just a short distance away, we will continue to fulfil your New and Approved Used BMW needs and offer a premium BMW experience.

The welcome and the handover of the bmw i3 was excellent, we were made to feel like valued customers. Will Car the sales exec has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Would have been nice if they had the car covered for a reveal, but that's nothing major.



Unfortunately 2 days after purchase of the vehicle 3 things went wrong with the vehicle, a like came on for a drivetrain error, a malfunctioning air bag and the petrol cap was also jammed. However we have a years bmw approved used warranty and bmw emergency services collected the vehicle and gave a us a loan car for the duration its in the garage.



5 stars for the service ive recieved from All the bmw staff, but 2 stars for the vehicle itself, I just hope these faults are not a sign of things to come.

Great service; easy friendly check-in/check out. Good updating reporting on progress.

Be careful what you left in the car. At the last service dated May 19, 2017, around 12-15 pounds in coins disappeared. Two years ago, a phone charger disappeared!

Service my x5 was very bad

1 Damaged front end

2 removed covers and parts in the trunk and left it dirty and untidy

3 car wash was a joke water stains dirty in door arch’s

4 engine cover was full of oil

5 panels left open inside car

6 bad attitude from the management

Please don’t use this branch

My last visit to them was very disappointed. Useless staff!

I’ve been in there with hand brake problem, I paid lots of money to sorted and after no more then 100 miles same problem. Then the try to blame me for this because they knew but never told me there is a problem with the hand brake shoes and they pass the MOT of the car with this issue and put my life in dabger and now they don’t want to claim the warranty.

Do you yourself a favour. Buy an Audi or Mercedes.



BMW dealers are pretty useless in general but these guys take the biscuit. Been waiting since May for them to sort out warranty work which they have been trying to avoid.
