Set in 18 acres of countryside, with views of the River Thames and Kent, the crematorium at Bowers Gifford offers a peaceful and rural setting for the people of South East Essex.
The crematorium is set close to the historic village of Bowers Gifford, overlooking the Thames estuary and with views across to the Kent Hills.
Surrounded by trees, lawns and with an ornamental pond at the centre of its gardens, the crematorium has a special, distinctive feel.

On Friday the 24th of November we held our Annual 'light up a life' remembrance service in conjunction with St Luke's Hospice. It was wonderfully attended and we were proud to present a cheque for in excess of £9,600.00 towards this fantastic charity. Special thanks to St Margaret's School Choir, St Luke's Hospice Choir, the Rev' Simon Law and everyone else that assisted on the evening. The tree of remembrance will be located in the Book of Remembrance until Christmas time.
