I work for a high end project management and refurbishment company in Central London and can highly recommend Bathroom Discount Centre. Their ranges are huge - to suit both big budgets and more modest ones, really experienced staff and always deliver on time.

cant get anyone to take my order! Tried to pay 4 times and no one will ring me back. Will not use as delivery will be too late now

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm a tradesman and used this company for one of my jobs, I purchased a toilet seat which was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days but it took over a month. My customer ended up going somewhere else so I no longer needed it. I phoned daily for a solid month to ask where it was. I was lied to constantly saying it would turn up next day and it never did. They never reply back to emails and are useless over the phone. They said they arranged collection to return the seat and we waited all day and no one turned up even tho when we phoned during the day they said it was definitely being collected. I still have the seat and it's be 2-1/2 months. I NEED IT COLLECTED AND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

We are incredibly disappointed with this supplier and would advise others to take their business elsewhere.



We went in a few weeks ago and spoke to Paulo, who was very helpful, friendly and professional and helped us pick out the right products for our bathroom renovation. We were told once we order it will take no more than a week to arrange delivery. We paid up and booked our builders to come up in Monday. We called numerous times to confirm the delivery of the order and the availability of stock.



Come Monday, no delivery came and we struggled to get anyone to answer the phone who knew what had happened to our order. A number of very frustrating phone calls later we were told that the delivery won't happen until Thursday (and they can't even commit to a delivery slot on Thursday)! This delays our project by 4 days and is costing us time, stress and money! We've had to send the builders home as they were very clear they can't move forward with the work until the furniture/supplies were delivered. Meanwhile we are living on the other side of town in our friend's little room out of suitcase all because they couldn't organise delivery 3 minutes drive up the road in 10 days! We offered to pick up items ourselves but were told that's not an option any more.



We were also told that the basic and vanity unit we ordered can't be delivered until the end of April so we were forced to pick a colour we don't like as our builders won't be around then. An absolute disaster - these guys cannot be trusted and I feel really upset that we went for them. It's a shame as the range of products they offer is good and Paulo was lovely.



There was no compensation or proper apology offered for any of this.

When I complained we were promised a £100 compensation and we are still waiting. I now can't get hold of anyone to find out when we can expect the parts to our shower screen. I'm 7 months pregnant and would really like our bathroom back.
