We went in with minimal ideas except that we wanted a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Chris was excellent at determining our wants, needs and tastes. The experience could’ve been overwhelming, however he gave us clear and concise direction.

We now have a high end bathroom at competitive prices.

End to end experience was excellent!

We just had our bathroom completely redesigned and found the fixtures at Bathroom by Design to be of outstanding quality. They came promptly to take the measurements Nd within a week we received a redesign suggestion taking our requirements into account. They patiently refined it until we were completely happy. We did not choose our tiles there but they also have a huge range to choose from. They kept to their leadtimes, and waited for our builders to be ready before they organised the delivery of the items. Their customer service is superb. We had to exchange our bathtub as the one we got delivered was not the size we expected, and it was managed swiftly and efficiently - really amazed! Thank you for a great service!

A friend recommended Bathrooms By Design to us and when we visited the showroom we immediately saw how superior the range of products were. We felt a little intimated by the grandeur because our bathroom is pretty modest by comparison to the bathrooms being marketed but the sales assistant quickly put us at ease and recommended a lovely bathroom suite and eye catching fitments and fittings. It was obviously more expensive than a run of the mill DIY store but we thought that given the cost of getting the bathroom fitted it would be money well spent.



Unfortunately the bathroom fitter was not of the same quality and whilst the work was aesthetically pleasing there were a number of pretty serious problems with the functionality. When the fitter did a disappearing act we were left with a leak that meant the shower could not be used because the room below would flood. We felt despondent that we’d spent a lot of money on a bathroom and had a serious problem. Very fortunately Bathrooms By Design acted with amazing integrity and because the bathroom fitter had been one of their recommended fitters they took full ownership of the problem for us and organised for another fitter to rectify the problem (and also removed the original fitters details from their recommended fitters).



So in short, Bathrooms by Design not only supplied us with an excellent bathroom suite, they stepped in when we encountered a problem and reacted with total professionalism and commitment to resolve it.

"I didn’t know what I wanted but knew what I liked. Rupert managed to distil my thoughts, likes and expectations into a really lovely and stylish design that I am so happy with. My bathroom gives me extraordinary pleasure to be in. And the cost? Quality is not cheap but it doesn’t have to be extortionate either.”

The staff is very friendly; coffee great; showroom impressive; location convenient (just a cycle ride away); the computer software excellent in creating dreams; the virtual reality experience of stepping into a new bathroom was awesome. The part that needs improving is ensuring the customer gets the ordered items in the right order and on time. After the fantastic sense of urgency I got from the sales person in the first week, I was surprised I had to chase to get attention to the missing items (which were needed early in the project but only got delivered in week 4, when the bathroom is supposed to be finished). The other staff helped chase when I visited them in week 3.

We went to the showroom in Richmond in early December. The showroom looks nice and stylish but that is all. The staff is really unprofessional. When we came we explained that we were under tight deadline and asked if they could help. They said they could. We spent a few hours or so choosing tiles and everything else to go with them but they had no idea that all those floor tiles I was going to order was not in stock. I ordered the tiles and I was promised that they would be delivered in three or four weeks. In four weeks I called back to ask regarding the delivery, they were ignoring me every time and were promising calling me back but no luck. The tiles did not arrive but they did not have the decency to call back and apologise. Nicky from the selling team promised to call the next day to discuss options and never did. I ordered other things like bath, bathroom towel rail, etc but everything was a strangle to get. I had to chase them all the time. The customer service is terrible as well. In summary I would not recommend this place but would suggest to rebrand it as Bathrooms by Mistake.

It was obviously more expensive than a run of the mill DIY store but we thought that given the cost of getting the bathroom fitted it would be money well spent.



Unfortunately the bathroom fitter was not of the same quality and whilst the work was aesthetically pleasing there were a number of pretty serious problems with the functionality. When the fitter did a disappearing act we were left with a leak that meant the shower could not be used because the room below would flood. We felt despondent that we’d spent a lot of money on a bathroom and had a serious problem. Very fortunately Bathrooms By Design acted with amazing integrity and because the bathroom fitter had been one of their recommended fitters they took full ownership of the problem for us and organised for another fitter to rectify the problem (and also removed the original fitters details from their recommended fitters).



So in short, Bathrooms by Design not only supplied us with an excellent bathroom suite, they stepped in when we encountered a problem and reacted with total professionalism and commitment to resolve it.

The staff is very friendly; coffee great; showroom impressive; location convenient (just a cycle ride away); the computer software excellent in creating dreams; the virtual reality experience of stepping into a new bathroom was awesome. The part that needs improving is ensuring the customer gets the ordered items in the right order and on time. After the fantastic sense of urgency I got from the sales person in the first week, I was surprised I had to chase to get attention to the missing items (which were needed early in the project but only got delivered in week 4, when the bathroom is supposed to be finished). The other staff helped chase when I visited them in week 3.

We went to the showroom in Richmond in early December. The showroom looks nice and stylish but that is all. The staff is really unprofessional. When we came we explained that we were under tight deadline and asked if they could help. They said they could. We spent a few hours or so choosing tiles and everything else to go with them but they had no idea that all those floor tiles I was going to order was not in stock. I ordered the tiles and I was promised that they would be delivered in three or four weeks. In four weeks I called back to ask regarding the delivery, they were ignoring me every time and were promising calling me back but no luck. The tiles did not arrive but they did not have the decency to call back and apologise. Nicky from the selling team promised to call the next day to discuss options and never did. I ordered other things like bath, bathroom towel rail, etc but everything was a strangle to get. I had to chase them all the time. The customer service is terrible as well. In summary I would not recommend this place but would suggest to rebrand it as Bathrooms by Mistake.

We went in with minimal ideas except that we wanted a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Chris was excellent at determining our wants, needs and tastes. The experience could’ve been overwhelming, however he gave us clear and concise direction.

We now have a high end bathroom at competitive prices.

We just had our bathroom completely redesigned and found the fixtures at Bathroom by Design to be of outstanding quality. They came promptly to take the measurements Nd within a week we received a redesign suggestion taking our requirements into account. They patiently refined it until we were completely happy. We did not choose our tiles there but they also have a huge range to choose from. They kept to their leadtimes, and waited for our builders to be ready before they organised the delivery of the items. Their customer service is superb. We had to exchange our bathtub as the one we got delivered was not the size we expected, and it was managed swiftly and efficiently - really amazed! Thank you for a great service!

We got an excellent advice and service. Rupert gave us really good ideas and our two bathrooms ( one in the loft and wet room ) are amazing. Despite our limited space and budget, Rupert provided us with excellent ideas to maximize the space and create a beautiful designe. We are really happy with the results and with the quality of the units. Everythnig was delivered on time and in excellent conditions.

Visited at the end of last year to look at choosing our en suite for our proposed dormer loft conversion.

We were seen by Jacob who spent quite a long time taking us through our options and helping us choose what was best for our project.

Jacob was extremely helpful and efficient in placing our order and readily available to help me with queries the following week.

Our project is now complete and our en suite looks superb.

We had one item that had been delivered in the wrong colour and they were super fast in sorting out my issue.

This is the second bathroom I've bought from Bathrooms By Design and there's a good reason I keep coming back. From friendly innovative design to quick efficient delivery, their service is brilliant. The quality of their products is extremely high and their range has something to suit every budget. I would highly recommend them and only wish I had another bathroom!

Rupert was really helpful when we were designing two bathrooms and a new WC. He took the time to suggest items that worked but which also fitted the style and design we were going for in each. When it came to the fit out he also sorted out various issues we had really quickly. I’d definitely use them again.

My husband and I were delighted with the Service we received from Bathrooms by Design. We only had a small space to work with and Rupert did so much research for us to help us find exactly the style of fixtures/fittings that we wanted!

My friend had used Bathrooms by Design in Richmond and recommended I go to them for my current project, which includes an ensuite for our loft conversion and a downstairs loo. My friend is having six bathrooms done! So far we've done the loft conversion ensuite which is now completely finished, having had the custom made shower screen measured and fitted. My designer, Julia, was fabulous and immediately understood the look I was trying to achieve. The showroom isn't huge but it has a good range of looks and accessories. I'm delighted with my bathroom and can't wait to get the downstairs loo done!

I went to the Richmond showroom and Rupert worked with my floor plan to come up with a plan for my ensuite. I wanted it turned into a wet-room to make us of the small space. Their prices for quality German and Swiss brands are fantastic (I could not find them cheaper elsewhere, I did try looking!)



Rupert & Rubi (in after-sales) were both fantastic all the way though.

As they only supply the bathroom there were a few issues with wrong parts etc however BathroomsByDesign were always reasonable and helped me resolve any problems.



I'm left with a bathroom which guests describe as like a hotel and I'm sure when I'll use them again in the future.
