Classes back to normal this week.
Great session last week at Bayford. Thanks to all those that visited us from Barnet JC and Luton School of Judo. We are back tomorrow for another session, so if anyone is missing training because their club is shut for the summer, you are more than welcome to come and join us.
I feel truly honoured to be presented with my 1st Dan at St Ives by Jane Bridge former World Champion, thank you! Thank you Andrew Cowler my Sensei at Bayford Judo Club for his instruction and support and the BJC and North London Area BJC for sharing your knowledge, skill and friendships. 🥋
