We were going on to the theatre so decided to go with the pre theatre menu. Wow, the starter was amazing, good size portions and extremely tasty. The main course shortly followed, the flavours were honestly fantastic. Great value too, just be warned that drinks are not cheap but all in all a very pleasant experience.

This was incredible! On a cold night, my parents and I dropped in for some hot dessert.... the hot chocolate and the apple crumble are phenomenal, and we ended up also having some mac'n'cheese balls that were... how do I put this... life-changing. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive as well. The whole experience was amazing - I wish I could give it more than five stars!

The world famous angus beef & bacon burger with chilli on the side was wonderful. As was the prawn linguine which has been on the menu for 16 years. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff were the cherry on the top. Recommend to each and all...

THE BEST BOBOTIE SPRINGROLLS I'VE EVER HAD! Even better than in South Africa! Amy served us for the second time around and she is just a gem! She is vibrant and well informed about the dishes on offer, service, surrounds, places to see and even up to date with local and international news. Great chatting to her. The whole team at the Bbar is very professional, yet relaxed and friendly. Not a stiff-upperlip establishment at all. YET very posh and upmarket! FOOD EXCELLENT!

Quick and attentive waiting staff, food of the finest quality and the small touches were nice (Maltesers and Peanut M&Ms) served with your tea (popular with my husband) made it a place we would certainly return to. We ordered peri peri rotisserie chicken and the Date and toffee pudding was the best we’d tasted. Oh, the cocktail I had ‘Apricot Passion’ was amazing too 👌🏻 Thank you!

My partner working close to Bbar and always like to have quick drink or evening gathering there.

The first time he had his 50's birthday hired whole down satires area for his party and required special menu for his guests which gave all our guest fantastic memories.

This year is my big birthday, we had considered so many venues, but end up still decided use Bbar because of Ian and his team always willing to go extra miles and look after us well.

I must say, We gave Ian and event organiser Simona also the head chef of Bbar a not easy task to do, but through the plan before till party finished, they really did a fantastic job!

Besides their regular canapes choices, I also required if they can do some Taiwanese style food, I provided the recipes to the head chef and they really happy to take the challenge to do it for my party.

They organised twice testing to ensure the flavours are match what real Taiwanese taste which they did really well.

On the day of party, the team were so professional and friendly work together to ensure all my guests were been look after, Ian even close serve canapes by himself. Simona also very kindly return to duty on her day off did emergency cover as DJ for me! That was really appreciated to saved the music of the night!

In the end of the evening and day after, my guests were continuing sending me the compliments for the party and the food we had offered!

I am so happy with all guests are enjoyed the party and food quality and that satisfied my Taiwanese and Asian friends because the chef never made such courses before.

Thanks Ian, Simona, Head Chef and Bbar team!!! You are fantastic and made my day so special, we definitely will continue return to you again and again!

Lovely service, beautiful food really enjoyable afternoon very attentive staff! �

I was there about 2 nights ago and the bartender Alex made me one of the best cocktails I've ever had. The staff was amazing and friendly. It was the perfect place to spend my last night in London and hopefully I'll be able to visit again soon.

I had a surprise cocktails making class there last night for my hen do. The cocktails were fantastic and our barman Alex was a marvelous teacher. The private room downstairs with it's own bar and marble table is gorgeous and spacious.

All the staff were very pleasant and made it a great experience. Thank you. X

On a different note;

My friends wanted to book the aftertea too which looks amazing but unfortunately does not have any South African dessert or cakes on so decided not to.

Had the best veggie burger. The fries were goid too. My hubby had wild boar and venison burger said was good. The lemon unsweet tea fantastic

Excellent attentive yet discreet service.

Your every need is anticipated by the super friendly and professional staff. Alex,Marcella,Ian,Tommy to name but a few who looked after me impeccably on my trip.

The prawns that come with the delicious sharing/ platter are the best I have ever tasted. All the food I had was cooked/ prepared with love.

Highly recommend.

Lovely food! But first of all we were told that you get burger and chips as a set meal. When we received the bill we were charged £16 for a burger and £4 per portion of chips. Also a service charge of £17! We told the waitress we were cold and she did nothing about this door remained open. Very disappointed. Lovely food but over priced for service!!
