Picture 2: A complete brow shape and tint... my client wanted more of a balance in eyebrow colour from the outer edge to in... so we took the the tinting in stages to create a much fuller and sleek brow рЯТЧ

I have been thinking a lot today about the mind and thought I would take the opportunity to remember how powerful the mind is!!
It is not given the credit it deserves for his abilities to help us move, breath and function every second of every day. But also what most of us neglect to remember is its power to effect us emotionally, and the mind can be naughty and play tricks on us regularly. It also has the ability to make you higher than ever imagined, but also lower than you... ever thought you could become.
We must take care of this amazing organ, in the same way we would any other part of us. If we had kidney damage and it no longer functioned, we would think nothing of receiving treatment to help it function better. So why is it that when our minds are feeling damaged, we feel the desire to damage it further? Constant blaming and anger towards it, rather than understanding and appreciating it for everything it is doing right. Taking the time to fix it rather than masking it, pulling us lower and lower. There is still such stigma attached to mental illness and the well being of the mind, leading to people crashing into darkness that can be so easily corrected. Sometimes the mind just needs to have it's voice heard and given permission to let go, and reassurance that change is not something you should fear. Change is whatever you make it, no one knows their path at any point within their life and everything can change in the blink of an eye. So why do we fear it so much, as nothing in life is a guarantee, it s just a game of chance and possibilities. Every change can be something wonderful if you embrace it, as all our mind wants is to see us happy, it just gets mistaken from time to time as to what happiness is. So stop holding yourselves back and just trust no matter the path, it can never be the wrong path... just a different one.
