After having several issues with my purple scirocco. I booked it in to beadles bromley and I had Laura look after me in the service department. She advised me it would be in for 48 hour but kept me completely informed throughout my visit. Laura made sure all my issues were rectified and even had the car washed for me when I came to collect it.

Don't come here expecting any sort of good service. I wanted a Volkswagen but was put off by a complete lack of willingness to help from staff. Went to another brand's dealership, had the total opposite experience and bought same day. If you can't get initial service right, what service can one expect after a car is bought?
