Children love to cook, enjoying the taste, smell, feel of food and the freedom to make a mess! Surprising themselves with what they create and delighting in eating and sharing what they make.

At my Cookery School we make an enormous variety of food, head to my Recipe page to see a selection of the recipes we make. We explore vegetarian, vegan, raw food as well as using meat and fish and everything we can find in between!

I believe passionately that children should learn about food, not just the sheer pleasure of cooking and eating but some of the basic issues that surround food, seasonality, health, provenance, animal welfare and sustainability.

At my Cookery School we make delicious, fresh food and learn useful life skills. Most importantly we share the enjoyment of good food and the value of understanding and caring about what we eat. We use good quality ingredients and make fantastic dishes that I know children have taken home and become family favourites.
