Visited tonight lovely venue ,, the staff from the reservation call to the whole evening s service were fantastic , helpful, kind , attentive and professional, food was excellent and our little boys food came with our starters , plenty of bread and dips , fantastic fresh , full of flavour food , my daughter s milkshake was excellent,, staff also arranged a taxi for us , thank u Beirut nights , we loved your restaurant, looking forward to visiting again xx

Last night I turned up with my cousin,mate and certain special one for my 21st as I was told it is a great place so I went to go see for myself. Being in a wheelchair I thought it was going to be cramped up for me but no the wasn't the case at all,the staff were incredibly amazing with the service. I was really happy with the way things moved swiftly,prices were a bit high but now I know why because the food as well as the shisha is absolutely incredible. Would definitely recommend to everyone�

Its my ultimate favourite Lebanese restaurant. Service is also excellent. Thank you Beyrut team for being so efficient. 👍🏻

Is Best place to go go for eating and have great time good service and all staff are friendly everything is perfect plus they have amazing shisha 🌺

Nice relaxing atmosphere...lovely food...really big portions...couldn't finish it!

Looks can be deceiving on the outside as it’s a lovely place, nice interior, nice food and we were served by a lovely waitress 👍🏼

I've been there a number of times....arranged for a group of friends this time...most of the food was great but 3 of us ordered shawarma.... there was loads of dry bits in it especially the lamb shawarma....not enjoyable. Plus it was totally freezing in the restaurant too

Great Customer service we felt really welcome, the lady who was the waitress was really polite and sweet. Food itself was well made and didn't have to wait too long , good nice scenery also good little place for couples to go to.

service was terrible waiters hardly spoke english and were constantly tidying our plates before we had even finished our food!! mains came at same time as starter bread was cold mains were nice good value for money but we felt like we were being rushed out of an empty restraunt!!! and then they had the cheek to add service charge will go back to try the shisha though 3* is pushing it!

As much as the food at this place was yummy I cannot give more than 3 stars. The service was so bad! Clearly understaffed. It was a Saturday night around 7.30pm (it got busier after this whilst we were there). Had to ask for a fork 2 times and sauces 3 times (we asked for both at the same time but were forgotten about). Then we went for some shisha, wasn’t the best I’ve had better. This place has so much potential just needs more employees and order.

freshy rude middle eastern staff as usual just like edgware road peeps. Zero custom service skills. Food was average. Well overated who ever is giving it high scores.

The service wasn't of standard, I had to repeat my order and still the staff made errors. I asked for water 3x before eventually i received it.The food was bland too. Whilst my friend was still eating her starters a staff member was trying to clean up the table and take her plate away so she could serve the mains!!! After travelling 30 miles I expected good standards to top it off after the meal there was a long queue for shisha so we ended up coming back to our home town for shisha. I can confirm my friends and I will not be returning back there. Some advice to the owners we are customers and not a herd of sheep whom you feed and throw out!!!

That place need to be close down, there is no respect for clients they took advantage of the busy but the service is bad, the customer service is owful there is big lack of professionalism too dissatisfied, plus the waitress asked to leave after one and half hour plus high rate of service charge is optional but you pay it anyways

Terrible service. The guys at the sheesha area are absolute scams.. They had a waiting list and asked us to put our names down in the list, and told that they would call us on our turn. An hour later when they still hadn't called us, upon checking with them we were told that the list in void.. Aparantly they were only seating people they knew... I hope the business owners get to know of this attitude and do something about it.. The manager was nice and accommodated us when he got to know.. Will never visit again though!!
