I booked a table for 26 people on a Sunday evening and when I got there they had separate tables even though we could have all been sat together, they still didn’t bother to amend this little error, the waitress just looked at me so confused!
It was not a busy evening and they had three waitresses plus manager and service was incredibly slow and they were so confused with how to deal with 26 people!
The girls would start in the middle to take food orders then jump to someone on the other side to then come back to the middle!
The starters came at different time but even worse was that two of my friends didn’t get their main until 20min after we had received our mains. I asked for a manager and the waitress just asked me what was the problem, she hadn’t even been paying any attention that two people had not received their food! Anyway Manager never came, hiding at the back.
We also had to keep asking if we could get more drinks. I felt we had to tell them how to do their job.
At no point did they apologise for the poor service we received. That place is not prepared for parties! Big mistake, never again.

My sister and I took my 83 year old mother here whilst in Jersey on Saturday 2nd October 2017. Despite a dozen empty tables and at least 6 staff, we were made to stand and wait at the door , having come in from the rain, then were led to seats by an open door without being asked where we would like to sit. The service was extremely slow and it seemed almost that we were a nuisance .
The food was ok but compares very poorly to the nearby Bellagio where, despite very similar prices, the food was far superior, the service was fantastic ( only one waiter who managed to be attentive to all customers)
AVOID Bella Italia - what a terrible culture that has been created there . Make a booking somewhere else and save yourself a frustrating experience.

Good food service could be better

Service slow and main course not properly cooked. Definite let down after good experience at previous visits

Being a vegetarian, it comes become my saviour..Obviously pizzas are tasty and they usually have good deals/offers..

Had a duck in orange sauce and must say that meat was really good. Also recommended wine matched perfectly. Unfortunately the unfresh sides (roasted potatoes and onion rings made in old oil) took away one star. Service was brilliant.
