Used the Groupon deal for the Spa with two treatments and was definitely value for money. I had Chloe for the back-massage, she does not hold back... quite literally the most painful massage but honestly completely worth it (I had awful knots) she sorted me right out, THE BEST massage! Can not recommend her enough - I will absolutely go back.

Staff have been amazing! Food is really nice. This is the first break with out little people for 3&1/2 years, we wonŌĆÖt be waiting that long to come back again x

Just stayed one night on a spa break and loved it. ALL the staff are attentive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room modern and comfortable with a beautiful view over the golf course. We had lunch, dinner (table d'hote) and breakfast and the food was delicious and well presented. The spa treatment we chose was perfect. Great to chill out by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful Sunday Lunch, a birhtday celebration. The surroundings are beautiful and the carvery was a delight, hot plates and food, one of the best we have had for a very long time.

Booked a slice of heaven deal as a present for my mums birthday. The ladies were incredible from Tara, Alicia and Aiyesha. My mum was treated like an absolute queen for the day. I couldnŌĆÖt of asked for more. The treatments were amazing and we felt extremely relaxed!

WeŌĆÖve just returned from a lovely spa break at the hotel.

The staff were lovely and friendly, especially Holly at reception and Ali in the bar.

We were well taken care of and the food/drinks were good.

The only slight disappointment was the spa treatments varied between us, despite us having the same rituals and a couple of the spa staff were not as attentive as others.

We walk our dog through the woods and its always been enjoyable, we have seen deer, foxes and birds of prey and we can hear but not seen woodpeckers. We are concerned with the new fences going up towards the tower, is it to resrict use not sure when they say woodland and national trust working together it will seem dog walking will be banned as they have done elsewhere.

We came to the spa today for the day, The facilities are great and the grounds are lovely but some of the staff are miserable which lets it down. But even so still had a lovely relaxed day ’┐Į

I have been coming to Belton Woods for approximately 15 years. I have stayed in the Hotel and now have a lodge. Primarily for the golf, although I now use most of the hotel facilities and have friends and family to the lodge. We all enjoy ourselves here and look forward to returning each year. Staff are very helpful and friendly, as with anywhere the occasional glitch crops up, try talking to a member of staff and whatever the issue it will be resolved!!!! or just bitch on here instead and go without help, your choice!!!! We will continue to return, it's great, and ticks our boxes, for the price!

I came to the hotel for a spa package whilst my other half was on a golf package, and I have to say that the staff were extremely nice and welcoming, the spa treatments were excellent and the food was very nice - our waiter, Robert, was top notch. My partner enjoyed his golf, and the only downside was the mattress, which was uncomfortable for me, however, it would not stop me from coming back. All in all it had been a very nice couple of days ’┐Į

Had a fantastic over night stay and 2 rounds of golf, the courses were ranked high,in the best ive played and there well kept, the room was clean and spacious, the food was good and breakfast top notch, only thing i wasnt happy with, was the lack of staff behind bar in the evening was a wait for drinks at times apart from that will visit again in the future

Chose the a la carte menu for dinner. The main meal was beautifully cooked but the lack of vegetables let it down. It was very busy in the restaurant, due to St Patrick Day celebrations going on. We waited 25 minutes for waiter before we had to beckon one to come and take our desert order, by this time it was 9:25.

Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Must mention Tanya who gave me an excellent back neck and shoulder massage.

Best massage ever!!

Staff at the reception were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed to know. We then had two treatments at the spa which were perfect and relaxing in a nice what seemed new area to the building.

Are room was the Somerby suite with large super king bed and and balcony which made are stay more enjoyable because of the views and space.



Only negatives we have was the restaurant was lacking signage of what food was I.e vegetarian, nuts etc and some staff seemed a little more enthusiastic than others so it was good to see the change at breakfast.



Pool area needs work and maybe some evening entertainment when the hotel is full (piano music, singing perhaps)

Had a spa day which included lunch. The treatments were good but lunch was shockingly bad and the staff were slightly offhand and abrupt. The swimming pool was full of kids so won't be returning.

Disappointing I didn't expect to have a carvery on New Year's Eve the same meat choices as the previous night and no doubt the same thing tomorrow,meat was tough and tasteless.The itenerary we were sent was completely inaccurate, staff at the hotel were really friendly but no one seemed to know what was going on. Very disappointed even though the accommodation was excellent. Fire work display was awesome. Met up with a few couples which were great fun to enable us to make the best of an expensive experience. Won't be back or recommend it.
