INSPIRATIONAL STORY:
๐ฉ๐ซA teacher walked into a room carrying a glass of water. Her students watched as she put her books on the desk and then raised the glass up over her head.๐ฅ๐ฅ
โ๏ธโHow much do you think this weighs?โ she asked them.

โ๏ธThey shouted out different guesses... but the teacher shook her head with each one.
โ๏ธโThe actual weight of this glass doesnโt matter,โ she told them.
โWhat matters is how LONG I hold it. If I hold the glass for just a little while, itโs light. But the longer I hold it, the heavier it gets โ even though the true weight of the glass never changes.โ
๐The students all nodded their heads as they began to understand what she was talking about. She put down the glass and continued her lesson.
๐กโThe glass is a lot like the worries and stress you carry over the course of the day, the anger and the anxiety. If you hold onto them for just a short while, theyโre nothing.
๐โBut eventually, they will make you begin to ache, and over time, they can cause you to become numb.

These bands are everything. I use them daily in all types of workouts. They come in 4 different resistances and fun colors! These are one of my gym necessities.
