Maintenance Administrator Berkshire Rooms - Bracknell, Berkshire The successful candidate would take on the role of Maintenance Administrator with responsibilities including but not limited too:
Compiling inspection and repair quotes and sending out accordingly... Following up inspections and quotes with the client Scheduling engineers for daily jobs and inspections Maintaining client and work spreadsheets General office administration The ideal candidate will be immediately available and good experience using Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook. Must have own transportation
Salary dependent on experience and upon application.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hard-working Housekeeping Assistant to join our dedicated Housekeeping team at Berkshire Rooms.
You will work within a strong and positive team to service our serviced apartments around Berkshire to exceptional standards. You will ensure you maintain a familiarity with our company health and safety and fire safety procedures at all times and report any issues to the relevant manager.
The guest experience we offer is of param...ount importance to us so you must be able to demonstrate great customer service and ensure you are polite, friendly and helpful at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
