Possibly our best holiday yet! Just got back from Thailand and wow what an experience. The whole trip from flights, transfers, hotels etc was brilliant, couldn’t fault anything. My experience with booking 3 holidays with best @ travel has been amazing. I was fortunate enough to have the holiday of a lifetime in the Maldives, SriLanka and Dubai as part of one trip. It was all planned and arranged to the highest standard by our sales rep Dharam Patel. I didn't have to worry about anything and actually enjoy this amazing break. Because of the excellent customer service and level of standards I received with all the resort and destination information from Dharam I have since booked a trip to Mexico and am planning another visit to Maldives. Just returned from an amazing holiday in Dubai booked through these guys. After a recommendation from our travel advisor Matt, we decided to go to the Doubletree Hilton, Marjan Island in Dubai. We were originally looking at a different hotel but Matt advised us to go to this one and also helped us to get the best price available. Well... What an absolutely fantastic holiday we had, the hotel, food, staff, amenities and location were all excellent.

The fantastic service we received from Best Travel added to our whole overall holiday experience making it one of the best holidays ever.

It also seems only fair to mention that this was our second time booking a holiday for this year as our first holiday sadly was cancelled due to the travel company going bust, this as you can imagine, made me extremely nervous about using another company, particularly another one where we could only communicate with them via phone or email, and in turn resulted in my slight paranoia over the finer details, however Matt coped well with this and as I said we were not left disappointed.

Honestly can’t thank you all enough, we have rated it so much I’m looking at prices for next year again already!!!

Just got back from a very last minute holiday to Abu Dubai the holiday was fantastic and went really smoothly. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed at, I contacted best at travel by email and phone they were quick to answer my questions.

I booked my first holiday through Best at Travel to India earlier this year. The holiday was seamlessly organised and of an exceptional standard. We had 8 stops during our trip in which we had a personal driver, a tour guide in each city and someone to meet us for check-in at each hotel. It was a truly unforgettable holiday!

Brilliant reliable company. Scott was so friendly and professional and showed absolutely no pushiness as we made up our minds about where to stay in Barbados. He had a very natural ability to grasp what we like and what matters to us and made us feel as though we mattered. Therefore when an unexpected storm caused last minute damage to the hotel we were staying at resulting in last minute major works at the seafront ,Scott being Scott persisted in phoning us and emailing us the day before we were due to fly out to make sure he could inform us with this info as soon as possible.He showed genuine concern making us feel as though he and his manager really cared about the effect this would have on our holiday and discussed our alternative options. They resolved everything that day and we were secured a different hotel. We visited the hotel having the building works when we got to Barbados and there were people still staying there who hadn't been told about the works. Best at Travel went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't any of those people. Our holiday , after the initial worry proved to be one of the best we have ever had and we would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Although I have not yet gone on my holiday, I just have to say my service so far by Billy has been second to none. I was left very let down by another company and Billy went above and beyond to help me find a holiday with little time on the clock he promised me a booking I would be pleased with and always called me back and replied to emails promptly. I was never put on hold for an age and all enquiries were dealt with swiftly and effectively. Thanks Billy, I will be sure to use this company again!!

After having an initial nightmare with booking a hotel in Abu Dhabi that we realised last minute would be half shut and not to our expectations due to Ramadan, Best at Travel dealt with my complaints really well. Our consultant Mandy, went out of her way to find us more suitable accommodation in Dubai which is wonderful and everything we wanted in a hotel. Our flights and transfers were seamless and now, on our second day of our holiday we couldn’t be happier. Lots of other travel companies would have just left us to it so thank you Mandy and Best at Travel for turning a negative into a positive!

Booked through Best of Travel very good service from booking the holiday and booking our excursions. Only issue we had on arrival they had no confirmation of our return taxi transfer so had to make our own arrangements and the hotel only had our stay for 2 nights which should of been 3 nights so need this looking into for a refund as I paid a large amount of money for things we didn’t get

Wow customer service is diabolical, booked jumeriah beach Dubai for may 2018, firstly the confirmation came through with may 2017 despite the fact the holiday was booked in July 2017!

Email received on 8 Dec saying the jumeriah beach was closed due to refurb and offering one other jumeriah group hotel. I responded asking for more options to receive nothing more from them!

8 emails later and a phone call a week ago with a promise that I would be given more options and nothing ! My final email was telling them how appalling their service was and that i had lost faith and would be wanting my deposit back, no reply !

I phoned customer services today and was told my holiday had been cancelled!! No refund of my deposit into my back though !

No, I need to wait for this till next week apparently �

So could not bother to respond to ANY of emails but obviously read them as cancelled without contacting me!

Seriously appalling, I will never ever book with this company again.

Do not put your faith into this company !

Thanks to the incompetence of #bestattravel and #tui we have now paid for our luggage 3 times and will have to pay a 4th time on return because each time they have taken payment (of course) but neglected to actually put the baggage on our booking. Each time they have promised me receipts which have not be sent. The manager at Tui even refused to speak to me when I called to request a receipt (again). They refused to take ownership or help solve anything. As long as they get the money they don’t care about the quality of service. Awful start to my birthday celebrations. Thanks making our journey really stressful.

Like most of the people on this page the customer service is shocking. Say they need 28 to 56 day and are awaiting confirmation from the hotel when we know the facts were past to them before we even left the hotel. Never book with this company unless u want to pay prestige prices for an average holiday. Told one thing when you book and another at the hotel and when u complain it’s like they are just trying to delay you so you give up. AVOID
