Realize that if you sacrifice your wellbeing for the suppose good of your family, friends, neighbors, church, etc you are only doing a disservice to all those people you are trying to help. Because you are unable to give your best if you are not Happy and Healthy.

You want to learn to do pull ups, but don’t know where to begin. Well you do have to get to the gym and try and pull yourself over the bar. However a good start is to use bands, you can get these on Amazon. That is where I began. The other back exercises while they do get your back looking great they don’t transfer to the pull-up that well. So pull-ups unfortunately require you to practice pulling yourself up. Started with simple animal-flow warm-up followed by trusters into back squat, ending with some tuck-jumps

Press-ups done correctly is an effective exercise. The thing is many do them incorrectly. Do you understand it’s an exercise primarily for chest muscles assisted by core?
