Welcome to Better Gym Teddington. We have something for everyone no matter what your level of fitness. We offer over 50 fitness classes per week, a sauna and steam room and well equipped changing rooms. With good bus and rail links, affordable membership prices and no contract, our friendly team are here to help you reach your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Not much free weights and over priced for a one off session (£10) but cardio area is good
Been a member for a number of years while it was Fitness First. Staff lovely & equipment just what an endurance athlete would want. All relatively good till the started installing the new entry system. Unlike all other gyms which have normal doors & buzzer systems they are installing Millwall FC or prison like full height revolving cage doors ... Completely changing the culture of the gym, currently looking at alternatives
Fitness First to ‘Better’ is definitely ‘Worse’.
I’ve been a member for several years. Now they are blatantly committing disability discrimination by blocking lift access which has been available for years. They were told weeks ago before their new security gates were even activated that this would be a problem but despite repeated assurances that a call button would be installed this has happened and you are supposed to ring reception. You think? When I rang to complain this morning three times I got voicemail. What a complete joke ‘Better’ are. Also no phone number available for their head office. My membership lapses on 22 Dec. So am I going to renew? Not unless or until this is sorted.
