We have visited here many times and our son loved it so much we decided to host his 5th birthday party at Better Extreme Barking. We couldn't have asked for a better day! Our son had a great time with his friends and it was great that parents could join in and jump as well. The venue was very accommodating with guest numbers and the communication was good throughout the lead up to the party. We felt taken care of but not hounded or rushed by the party host; they left us to it but were on hand to assist when needed. The venue was clean, the food went down a treat with the kids and there are lots of food choices. I would recommend the grass party room and the 10-12 party slot as you get to go into the party room straightaway and decorate while the guests are jumping. We received lots of positive feedback from all our guests.

This was great fun, kids loved it and such a workout. We went in the evening around 7.

My only recommendation is that they do women only sessions, this would be great for a large majority of Muslim women. Also could do with being slightly bigger as when it gets packed there is hardly and room to move. All in all a very good venue.

The actual park is fantastic very well laid out and spacious but the admission process needs to be improved for such a large business I think it's ridiculous it takes over 25 minutes to get onto the trampolines. My email was two pages long it states you will need to scan your barcode to get in this is not the case



barcodes are on second page of email. I printed barcodes only to be told barcodes will not get you in it's the first page they need the one without the barcode!! Luckily the receptionist did help me but there were no smiles about it!!! The staff seemed to trained to think everyone who turns up has not paid.



Then we've in or do I thought!! The second set of staff start the whole process again saying that's not the part they need my email is studied for a while it is clear they have no idea on how to check if I've paid dispirited using the pictures copied my staff downstairs.



Im the end I explain how many I've booked for and we are in the rest of the experience is great.

My son had his 8th birthday there and had a climbing wall party and I cannot fault it, the kids had a great time and the staff were great. Would def recommend!

My little boy had a birthday party here today and everyone had a lovely time. The staff were amazing and attentive; constantly seeing if they could get us anything and if everything was OK. I would definitely have a party her again and intend to continue visiting this trampoline park.

My daughter had her birthday party here. She really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly especially a young lady called Greta she was very helpful. Both on the day of the party and when we went in during the week to make enquiries.

Great place for the kids to run around and hav loads of fun. Reasonable priced, friendly staff and love the slush shop 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Great fun! Lots of space, and although it goes quickly, an hour is plenty of time. My 5 year old son loved it, we are thinking of having his next birthday party here. Will definitely be going again!

Fantastic trampoline birthday party venue, my daughter had her 9th birthday party on Sunday and it was brilliant. The staff who looked after us were fab, the 'Grass' party room was big, we could take our own music, banners etc. The food was all ready for us after bouncing. Perfect party, lovely and easy and the kids loved it. Thanks for looking after us.

Fantastic skatepark me and my two young boys loved it and all the staff and fellow skaters were fantastic and friendly

Excellent service at skate park from start to finish. They fixed my sons scooter when we arrived. At the end of the session my sons friend had a nasty fall; they were very calm and professional and made sure he was ok and gave me excellent advice. Thank you.

Our son celebrated his 9th Birthday yesterday. Over 25 kids and they all had loads of fun! We loved the party room and anything we required we were able to have. More juice/ water for children, there should be a container for their shoes, belongings etc as soon as Party kids reach. Also, Birthday child wasn’t made aware and to feel special. No freebie was given to Birthday child at least a free visit etc However, i would surely have another Party there even though prices are high! Fun fun and that’s what matters.

Great fun for kids and adults. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars as I bruised my leg, broke my finger nail and lost some false eyelashes but part from that. Loved it! Next time I won't wear false lashes and I will cut my nails short to have a better experience.

However the process on letting people in and out is ridiculous you have people coming up the same flight of stairs as your trying to go down them (these are iron stairs) not ideal when walking with my 3 year old child. They should have one flight of stairs for the people who have finished and another for people going in. Plus the lockers should be upstairs.

First all of all the website address for this place isnt correct and 2nd the phone number stops workin after 5pm!! After driving around for 20mins we finally found the place but were already late by then. The receptionist was helpful and said we could go back next day.

Its abit smaller than other trampoline parks but kids had fun. Made up for the nightmare of finding the place!

Place is good but don't waste money on doing a party there. Staff look miserable and show no efforts in keeping kids amused. The pizza served at bday parties is hard , they can at least make some efforts in serving good food. The venue itself if you are just going for that is good and keeps kids entertained.

Amazed to see all the comments "needs wax" the surface is a blend of wood wax and ice it is very slippery and my wheels were coated in wax after a few mins of skating, park was busy and hectic people cutting lines every where we left early as it was not an enjoyable experience and the small mini ramp is so crammed in there is no room to set up feels like it was an after thought.
