Ive just got my 2 stone award and can honesty say I couldn't have done it with out slimming world and the support from Susie Winchester.

I think being part of a group encourages me to try and make the changes needed. I definately eat more healthily and have lost over a stone. The people are very friendly and lots of ideas shared.
