We were there last night and it was Amazing and the lovely lady that was hostess (she had long blonde hair) was so kind thank you.

We went Saturday at lunch time service was very good food was delicious and plenty of drink all for £30 would go back again throughly enjoyed it 👍

We had the pre theatre menu, it was incredible value for money and the food was amazing!!

We came for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I have fallen in love with this restaurant! Me and my husband can not wait for our next special occasion so we can visit again, in would highly recommend it. The staff were warm and friendly and the food was phenomenal! Also loved the drinks.

The food tastes incredible, the bar is very well stocked and the music is classic.

Definitely coming back when I visit London again.

Here very often, yesterday was excessively busy and the staff were working overtime downstairs.



Serious props to them, however given that 3 of us had paid £20 each to eat meat, we certainly didn't get enough delivered to the table and were essentially fighting over the food. Suggest if you get people in for that, you serve a portion each...? Also the muffins remind me of the days when we had no running water, drier than a desert. Aside from that it was top notch.



Usually up for wings on Wednesday but wanted a change. Will go back to the wings I think!

Had a fab meal & service on Sunday 28th January even though the restaurant was very busy & we hadn't booked. I had the creamy crab starter which was delicious & had plenty of crab meat in it & followed this with a lobster. If i had to find a fault it would be that my salad was much smaller than the ones served to the next table. But otherwise it was all great & I will definitely visit again.

Great place to eat with friends and family. Atmosphere and friendly staff and live music. The foods is excellent too. This is my 7th time been here and I love it, so everyone please come and try it 😜

Fab night in Big Easy for my good friend's birthday! First time to visit this place and will not be the last! Very friendly professional waitresses and waiters especially the Vietnamese Supervisor in the bar who was good enough to give me the Miami Beach cocktails for happy hour price:)) as he genuinely think I made a big mistake ordering it thinking it's included in the happy hour! Keep up the good work - you certainly put your customers at the heart of what you do!! ❤️

Absolute top drawer food and drink! The shrimp with hot sauce was outstanding, l must visit on a Tuesday to get unlimited!

We travelled there from Borehamwood we went uptown for the St Patrick's celebrations my friend was there and said it was great.we had starters of calamari and clsm chowder which were very nice and mains of bacon burger and taste arama which was bbbq meats of chicken ribs and pulled pork.but it took half hour for mains to arrive be prepared for a large service charge as we found the meal for 2 people quite expensive. The food was delicious though.

Loved the place! Service was excellent...with a smile... Food: had the BBQ Monday Special. Generally well presented and tasty. However, ribs were tough and very salty! (apparently a change done recently, so the waitress told me) Still, a bargain for £20.-!

Great food. Service is just ok. It took them a lot of time to bring the side dishes and it looked they forgot. The live music is great and not too loud. Overall a great restaurant that needs to improve the service. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars

First time, tried the wings and ribs, lots of it, make sure you’re hungry. Only complaint was they didn’t keep me in beer, don’t hassle me to ask me how my food is hassle me for another beer

The restaurant itself was really good, loved the music, the staff were attentive and the cocktails hit the spot. The only issues we had were the Wood roasted mushrooms were very salty and to try and cleanse the palette I ate some of the side salad which was also over salted. The blue cheese sauce was cold and my husband’s lobster had virtually disappeared from the shell. This marred what was a wonderful day celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.

Not too expensive for where it is. Not a patch on BBQ in the USA but not bad at all. A bit pushy on selling you food and drink you don’t want though.

Nice food but pity it wasnt nice and hot. Unfortunately it was just luke warm. I was going to let them know when they asked how was everything but they never asked. They then took our desert order and then some guy came up to us and said our time had run out and we should leave the table! Not overly impressed..

That day was yesterday (Covent Garden branch). A group of us managed to get a table and I have to say, first impressions were good. The food wasn't too shabby and the service was okay. Had a hankering for lobster which was served with fries, sauce and salad to match and a "home" Big Easy lager. I will definitely be going back to sample more of the exquisites menu. Good food, if you like meat. Service is poor. Foreign staff cant understand simple requests. Drinks were all wrong and we had to wait ages for them to be corrected. Would not go again.

Good food, good service until the bill arrived and each meal had been charged at £4.00 extra than the menu price...! We pointed this out and was told "oh, the prices hadn't been changed on the cash register"...! Can't work out how this could be and how many people in the day had NOT noticed. Our bill was reduced by £16..!!! Doubt if we will be going back..

Pricey but nice food other than the fact that I had the Smores for dessert and was given stale Graham crackers. They were sent back to the kitchen and I was informed they were supposed to like that. Half of my family are American. Lol.

Not good had saver menu before 6pm drink was a slush drink not a cocktail! The food was full of grease the ribs were terrible the sausage was raw. We had not been before getting the saver menu was not important but we thought we could try a bit of everything. No chips so we ordered some £4.50 for a few chips 😕😕😕 not good. Put on service charge they had £9 already for 2 portion of chips! AVOID

Had heard good things from work colleagues about the Covent Garden restaurant so booked a table for myself and my wife for a Monday. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us to our table (we had booked although the restaurant was not overly busy). The waiter came straight across and took our order. I had the limitless big pig gig and my significant other had a steak and lobster combo. The food and drinks turned up very promptly and food was excellent. Then it gets let down.. Sadly although my meal was limitless I was not approached once to ask if I wanted more to eat or if either of us would like another drink. After finishing the meal and waiting 25 minutes to see if I would be offered more my stomach told me that it had waited too long and that I was full up. We decided to get the bill and then waited another 20 minutes to get the waiters attention who was far more engrossed with chatting to the bar staff. When he came over he did not ask how the meal was or anything. Payment was given and we left. I liked the venue and the food although I can imagine this place is heaving during evenings. Sadly I’ll never find out as I won’t return and will try similar elsewhere next time if that’s what I fancy.

When we eventually received our food after it was served to people on another table the only thing I could to describe it was edible and quite possibly the worst slow cooked brisket I have ever had with probably the most disorganised poor service I have had in a restaurant for a good several years. When I left I felt very disappointed in the experience I had that there that it was an unfortunate end to having a great day out in London.

My friends meal had one prawn in, they put extra drinks on the bill when we only had one each and the food was very basic and I think the whole place is over rated. Won’t be returning.

Proper shitcrap not gunna lie took us well over 20 mins to get our table that we booked when we finally did get it the customer service was awful and to top it off when our food came out the chicken was dry as fuck and was so pink that we couldn't eat it.

Poor service got our drinks at the end of the meal, pulled pork cold fatty, worst I have ever had, will not be coming back!!!

Friends who we ate with were very surprised as they regularly eat at the Kings Rd branch and have always had an exceptional experience there. Unfortunately Covent Garden was not good at all, however It’s a lesson learned, and the great thing about London is that there are plenty of other restaurants to visit instead. I can’t imagine that we will visit again as is highly likely that yesterday was our last visit to Big Easy. In the last month I have spent over £1000 at this branch so feel extremely let down, having traveled with 7 other family and friends from Buckinghamshire just to enjoy a meal at Big Easy Covent Garden.

We had not been before getting the saver menu was not important but we thought we could try a bit of everything. No chips so we ordered some £4.50 for a few chips 😕😕😕 not good. Put on service charge they had £9 already for 2 portion of chips! AVOID

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us to our table (we had booked although the restaurant was not overly busy). The waiter came straight across and took our order. I had the limitless big pig gig and my significant other had a steak and lobster combo. The food and drinks turned up very promptly and food was excellent. Then it gets let down.. Sadly although my meal was limitless I was not approached once to ask if I wanted more to eat or if either of us would like another drink. After finishing the meal and waiting 25 minutes to see if I would be offered more my stomach told me that it had waited too long and that I was full up. We decided to get the bill and then waited another 20 minutes to get the waiters attention who was far more engrossed with chatting to the bar staff. When he came over he did not ask how the meal was or anything. Payment was given and we left. I liked the venue and the food although I can imagine this place is heaving during evenings. Sadly I’ll never find out as I won’t return and will try similar elsewhere next time if that’s what I fancy.

When we eventually received our food after it was served to people on another table the only thing I could to describe it was edible and quite possibly the worst slow cooked brisket I have ever had with probably the most disorganised poor service I have had in a restaurant for a good several years. When I left I felt very disappointed in the experience I had that there that it was an unfortunate end to having a great day out in London.

We were there last night and it was Amazing and the lovely lady that was hostess (she had long blonde hair) was so kind thank you.

We had the pre theatre menu, it was incredible value for money and the food was amazing!!

We came for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I have fallen in love with this restaurant! Me and my husband can not wait for our next special occasion so we can visit again, in would highly recommend it. The staff were warm and friendly and the food was phenomenal! Also loved the drinks.

The food tastes incredible, the bar is very well stocked and the music is classic.

Definitely coming back when I visit London again.

Here very often, yesterday was excessively busy and the staff were working overtime downstairs.



Serious props to them, however given that 3 of us had paid £20 each to eat meat, we certainly didn't get enough delivered to the table and were essentially fighting over the food. Suggest if you get people in for that, you serve a portion each...? Also the muffins remind me of the days when we had no running water, drier than a desert. Aside from that it was top notch.



Usually up for wings on Wednesday but wanted a change. Will go back to the wings I think!

Had a fab meal & service on Sunday 28th January even though the restaurant was very busy & we hadn't booked. I had the creamy crab starter which was delicious & had plenty of crab meat in it & followed this with a lobster. If i had to find a fault it would be that my salad was much smaller than the ones served to the next table. But otherwise it was all great & I will definitely visit again.

Great place to eat with friends and family. Atmosphere and friendly staff and live music. The foods is excellent too. This is my 7th time been here and I love it, so everyone please come and try it 😜

Fab night in Big Easy for my good friend's birthday! First time to visit this place and will not be the last! Very friendly professional waitresses and waiters especially the Vietnamese Supervisor in the bar who was good enough to give me the Miami Beach cocktails for happy hour price:)) as he genuinely think I made a big mistake ordering it thinking it's included in the happy hour! Keep up the good work - you certainly put your customers at the heart of what you do!! ❤️

Absolute top drawer food and drink! The shrimp with hot sauce was outstanding, l must visit on a Tuesday to get unlimited!

We travelled there from Borehamwood we went uptown for the St Patrick's celebrations my friend was there and said it was great.we had starters of calamari and clsm chowder which were very nice and mains of bacon burger and taste arama which was bbbq meats of chicken ribs and pulled pork.but it took half hour for mains to arrive be prepared for a large service charge as we found the meal for 2 people quite expensive. The food was delicious though.

Loved the place! Service was excellent...with a smile... Food: had the BBQ Monday Special. Generally well presented and tasty. However, ribs were tough and very salty! (apparently a change done recently, so the waitress told me) Still, a bargain for £20.-!

Great food. Service is just ok. It took them a lot of time to bring the side dishes and it looked they forgot. The live music is great and not too loud. Overall a great restaurant that needs to improve the service. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars

First time, tried the wings and ribs, lots of it, make sure you’re hungry. Only complaint was they didn’t keep me in beer, don’t hassle me to ask me how my food is hassle me for another beer

The restaurant itself was really good, loved the music, the staff were attentive and the cocktails hit the spot. The only issues we had were the Wood roasted mushrooms were very salty and to try and cleanse the palette I ate some of the side salad which was also over salted. The blue cheese sauce was cold and my husband’s lobster had virtually disappeared from the shell. This marred what was a wonderful day celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.

Not too expensive for where it is. Not a patch on BBQ in the USA but not bad at all. A bit pushy on selling you food and drink you don’t want though.

I have been a follower of Big Easy on Instagram for about a year, seeing the posted food deals, dreaming of the day I would finally get to dine at this fine establishment. That day was yesterday (Covent Garden branch). A group of us managed to get a table and I have to say, first impressions were good. The food wasn't too shabby and the service was okay. Had a hankering for lobster which was served with fries, sauce and salad to match and a "home" Big Easy lager. I will definitely be going back to sample more of the exquisites menu.
