Really tough class but well worth it. Life changing :)

Marta's class was awesome. She kept the energy high throughout. It always helps when teachers correct/adjust our poses and also explain the reasons. Marta paid particular attention to this without losing the yoga-ness. Would love for Marta to have a more regular slot in Soho especially before work or after work. Thank you.

I love practicing in this studio! The atmoshphere is great and very friendly. But most importantly, the teachers are absolutely great!

Great class Frances !

Amazing studio!! I would say the best in London !! After trying other studios around London!! They could install clothes spinner in the change rooms to make easier for members! Is hard to bring home clothes soaked in sweet inside the bag!! Makes the bag heavy and smelly!!

The Soho studio on Bolsover Street can be reached from Regents Park Station or Oxford Circus. It belongs to the same owner as the Sohot Victoria – both of them are located in the town centre. Victoria opened 4 years ago, Bolsover Street 2008. The difference in age is obvious. One notices that they share the same furniture, the same decorations. Even the colour scheme, which is mostly in warm red and brown. Stairs go down to the basement where all rooms are grouped around the front desk. Behind the front desk you can find a cosy lounge. A positive surprise are the rather large but very simple changing rooms. Yet the hot room without any windows is a disappointment. Even if it comes with a special hygienique floor and a new modern fresh air system. But all the pipes and tubes are visible: It has the charms of a construction site.

Both studios together offer 82 lessons weekly. More and more of them are express classes, which last 60 instead of 90 minutes. I am attending such a short class in the early Saturday morning. We are a small group of 12 yogis and I can learn quite a few things from the teacher Krzysztof Grabowski. I estimate especially that he tells which posture have do be done twice (such as halfmoon, important because the spine is working in all directions, camel-pose with the deepest backbend and the rabbit-pose with the strongest forwards-bend); all the other postures are done only once but longer. It seems that there is quite a demand for this lessons. In Switzerland there is only the studio in Basel which offers them by now. (see: hotyogablog dot net)
