We are gluten free and dairy free and to find somewhere this good is hard. The food is amazing and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

We went to this restaurant on the way back from bournemouth and we did enjoyed it. Some of the dish is not up to the standard ad we have here in paignton but overall was good. Friendly service and the chap who serve us was very knowledgeable about the food and answer every question about the food we asked.

We ordered the chicken rendang and curried chicken. Both were nice, the rendang is more of a thai red curry with fresh flavours of lemon grass and ginger. Spring rolls and prawn toast very nice as was the rice but I wouldn't order the chips, they were refried and tastless but other than that was very yummy. Will go again.

The staff coped really well with about 40 of us! Food was good and hot when served. Bar prices reasonable, toilets clean. Bills were correct. I would go again x

You need to answer you customers request, like adding a menu on line so we can ring up rather then have to wait

Use Birds Nest regularly but unfortunately standards have been slipping over last 12-months.

Had BBQ ribs tonight, all fat and not a scrap of meat on them - disgusting and not up to the standards I have previously enjoyed at the Birds Nest.

Staff excellent as always, suggest looking at changing the chef as until then, I doubt I will be back - sorry!!

Come on Birds Nest, you can and must get back to serving quality food, not cheap rubbish.

Have just returned a meal to the birds nest as it wasn't wst the woman on the phone said it wud be roast duck Cantonese style meant to be roast duck in sweet sour sauce with vegetables to have it returned as duck that's burnt most hard a pot of sweet sour sauce and uncooked carrot and cabbage shuved at the bottom not happy obviously under new management because there food used to be amazing

Worst Chinese we have ever had. Raw chips and the Spare Ribs have no meat on them just fat and no sauce horrible waste of money
