Someone sent me a lovely tin of royal wedding themed biscuits. Many thanks for the lovely surprise and for sending it across the pond!

Ordered 3 boxes of biscuits had a problem with delivery (they were closed when delivery should have taken place) resolved very quickly once open and the biscuits are lovely cant fault the customer services at all.

On my 50th birthday I was sent a biscuiteers biscuit and since then have sent many to friends and family. This year’s Mothering Sunday I was sent the Clarice cliff like teapot and cups and the I � mum biscuits from my daughters all were delicious and very beautifully iced!

My lovely friend bought me some when I moved house. They are works of art.

My husband was over the moon to receive his cycling biscuits for Fathers Day. He can enjoy replacing the calories he burnt while cycling the Magnificat Sportive 125 miles yesterday!

My friend karen ordered me a get well nurse gingerbread man. I love it so much it’s awesome

My daughter ordered me a gingerbread man for mothers day, after ordering there was a problem with the message to accompany it but one phone call and problem resolved. It arrived the day before mothers day. On opening it it was not damaged, the box it arrived in and the packaging made it look really special. The taste was excellent just the right amount of ginger, not to hard and totally delicious made it a perfect mothers day gift.

I was delighted to receive the thank you biscuits and bubbly from a friend this week. The biscuits were delicious and I just love the whole concept of your business. Thank you 😊 Off the back of this I have now ordered some personalised birthday biscuits for my uncles birthday 😁

I ordered a gingerbread man for my daughter- just the most beautiful edible gift!! It was delivered on time, stunningly packaged and the most delightful gingerbread man ever seen!! Thank you so much- I will definitely be ordering from you again!!!

I initially had an issue with the delivery for my order and if I'm honest, I do believe the fault was on Royal Mail's behalf. Biscuiteers were so polite and helpful and arranged for my gift to be redelivered. The gift was for a birthday and both the packaging and biscuits are lovely. I would highly recommend :)

I am from South Africa and ordered a tin of biscuits and the customer service is excellent. The tin is beautiful and the biscuits are yummy and beautifully iced. I can't wait to one day visit their shop in Notting Hill. My friend visited their shop on my behalf and she loved it and brought me back another tin. I love Biscuiteers.

Excellent customer service, I put an incorrect delivery address on my order by mistake, they called me twice and left messages for me to call them back, when I did they even checked the details in the post office system ensuring the details were correct. The items were dispatched and have arrived safely. The recipient was very happy with what they received. Thank you for your help sorting out my mistake and ensuring the items were received before Christmas.

Ordered a valentine biscuit 11 days in advance for my Grandad from his Great grandchild and it never arrived. After an email to the company it magically appeared 9 days late!!! They promise 95% of orders delivered on the selected date and 5% next day. 9 days after Valentines and after I am required to chase the order they offer a £5 gift voucher, which therefore requires me to make a further order, more money as there is nothing for £5 and an unreliable service. Very very disappointing and would not recommend

Lovely product but this is the second time the gift has arrived the day after requested even though ordered 4 working days in advance. They stand by their excuse of Royal Mail not delivering but it's a bit poor. Doubt I'm just unlucky...

Today my 10 years old daughter wanted to decorate biscuits and her 3years old sister wanted to help! The shop was busy we sat nicely and waited more than 15 minutes, no one cared I finally ask the lady can we order she ask me to come to the counter, I order coffee and drinks and ask to decorate biscuits for the girls. I was told that it was £15 each girls for 3 biscuits each, I told them that 3 was enough as my 3 year old could do with one, they were very rude and obliged us to buy 6!!! 30 pounds and you do it all yourself it's very expensive!

Also I have 3 children so imagine you have 4 or more how much it will cost???? Why can't we charge for one each it will be fair. I was a very good costumer but I believe they don't care! It's all about money

It was bad enough that you messed up my order - no personsalisation on any biscuits received that were intended for gifts. I have sent 5 emails now to request a refund, each time it takes over 24 hours to get a reply, and now you expect me to return the 4 biscuits before you will refund me. Do you plan to re-sell the biscuits or simply don't trust they were wrong? This is after already having to send in a photo as proof that there was no personalisation on them. Some feedback for you - if you had simply apologised and refunded me straight away for your error, I would have used you again and told people about the good service, now I will be telling people about the awful service.

I did 4 orders in December as Christmas gifts, Biscuiteers happily took the £90 payment from my account but failed to deliver one order. I chased with numerous emails in January and February and they don’t even have the courtesy to let you know they weren’t able to deliver. So one gift is still outstanding as of March 2018, and I have given up hope of them getting the order right. I now have the painful process of chasing them to get a refund. A shocking lack of customer service certainly won’t endear them to repeat business.
