My boyfriend ordered this for me as a gift a month ago and still hasn't been received, we have both sent numerous messages which have just been completely ignored. Don't know how they even have a business! So unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a black suction mask on 11th of this month. I still haven't received the product. Iv got receipt of payment through email saying it will be here within 5-8 days. Still not been received. Emailed them yesterday still no reply. I'll amend my review if/when it arrives.

I ordered a black face mask 2 weeks ago, have a confirmation email and proof of payment and have still not received it!

I did my order back in May and I ordered 3 products, I finally receive a package with just one item, no receipt no return address, how can a company work like this? I wrote to them but now after reading all this terrible reviews which I wish I had looked at before I probably will be saying bye bye to my money. The charcoal they sent for teeth whitening is horrible I tried it and no way will I put that stuff in my mouth again. I will be checking into filing with better business bureau. Please anyone thinking of buying from this company. DO NOT, it is not worth it at all, it is a horrible product, they take a long time to deliver if they even do and they don't give you your full order and also nothing in package, the package was even dirty if you can believe that. Who is working at this company, I have to wonder.
