'We got married at Blackstock Country Estate on Saturday June 23rd 2018 and it was the most perfect venue for our special day. Both barns and the grounds are stunning, the food was incredible and the level of care and attention from Gill, Ben, Sarah, Florin and the rest of the team was impeccable. In planning the wedding Gill was always on hand to answer any queries and was so accommodating of all our wishes. Ben and Sarah oversaw the day and made us feel so relaxed that ever...ything was in hand. We booked the bridal and family cottages, which were brilliant especially as we held a brunch for all our guests in the Granary Barn the following morning. The bridal party also used the family cottage to get ready - it was the perfect space and great to be on site in the morning to check over everything. From the moment we viewed the venue we knew it was the place for us, Andre and Simon made us feel incredibly welcome and Blackstock was the first venue of the many we visited that made us feel unique and not just another date to be filled in their wedding calendar, this was definitely a unique selling point and makes this venue so special. We used inspire decor and Floralou who together made the already stunning venue look eve...n more beautiful. The whole Blackstock team were approachable, professional and had a genuine interest in helping us make sure our day was the best it could be, a big thank you to Gill for your support during the run up to the wedding and Ben and team throughout our wedding day. We had our wedding at BlackStock on Sunday 29th April 2018 and couldn’t have asked for a better day filled with anymore love and laughter. From first arriving to view the venue we were treated like royalty, shown round all the venue and grounds, given a beautiful afternoon tea and explained everything without pressure to book there and then. This was a huge plus! We then returned a second time to show the venue to family, again nothing was too much trouble. When booking we were giving a detailed timeline along with details and numbers, nothing was over the top nor confusing. The ladies that showed us round and answered messages were quick, efficient and wonderful. The value for the barn and food was perfectly fair and worth every penny.

The day came and we met Ben, we could not sing his praises enough, truly an outstanding member of the team, from us setting the barn up in the morning with him refilling cups of tea & coffee to keep us going. Come the wedding he was fast, detailed and most importantly calm, everything ran along brilliantly and all friends & family noticed how smoothly the day went. We even managed to convince him to get in on a cheeky picture!

Thank you everyone at BlackStock from start to finish your venue & team were faultless, we can’t wait to come back and visit in the future to reminisce and walk the grounds! Lots of love and thanks, Mr & Mrs Gunter xx

We had our special day here at Blackstock on 21st June 2018 and I can honestly say it was the best day we could of ever hoped for. It absolutely blew our expectations and we would not change one thing.



From the moment we visited Blackstock, nearly 18 months before the wedding, we knew it was the venue for us. Gill has always been on hand to answer my queries quickly and was very accommodating to our numerous meetings with different suppliers.



We just had the Tudor barn which was perfect for our intimate day, the courtyard was the ideal overspill area for the day and evening too which had the most beautiful sun set, not to mention the soft play area which was a god send to keep the children entertained. We also had the cottage for the bridal party to get ready in the morning of the wedding which was an excellent space for us to use, the cottage was also used by elderly relatives during the day to rest and we stayed here for the night too.



The running of the day went so smooth and this was mainly down to Ben and his amazing staff. Ben was very calm throughout the whole day and made sure everything was running smoothly. The food....wow!!! This again blew our expectations, we had tasted bits before but on the day it was just amazing, the timings and execution of this was just effortlessly run by Ben.



Words cannot describe how perfect our day was, we cannot thank the Blackstock team enough for everything they did for us. We will always look back on our day with wonderful memories, my only regret is it went far too quick!!!
