About Blandford Comptoir
In the heart of Marylebone, Blandford Comptoir is serving the best of Italian and Mediterranean produces alongside a stunning 250 bottles wine list.
Blandford Comptoir Description
The restaurant is a community hub, with Xavier and his team inviting diners and local residents to contribute their thoughts and suggestions for the ever evolving wine list. Open seven days a week from 12-10pm, Blandford Comptoir’s relaxed and informal atmosphere appeal to Marylebone dwellers and workers, as well as those from across the Capital in search of great food and wine.
Showcasing the very best, well sourced ingredients, the menu features a selection of meat, seafood, raw and vegetable small and large plates, designed to be enjoyed in any order. Guests can choose to order three separate courses, or simply select a few plates to share in a group. Sunday lunch will also be served every week.

Today's lunch special Mediterranean tart
The moment you arrive you are made very welcome and special by the very friendly staff. The food is excellently prepared and the presentation is 100% better than those so called celebrity chef restaurants. The chef here certainly knows his trade and takes time out to discuss each dish with you taking you through the preparation process with passion and pride. The wine list is endless but thankfully the wine connoisseur is on hand to recommend the perfect bottle to compliment your meal. I can’t really praise this restaurant highly enough it is perfection plus. Will certainly be returning and would strongly advise a visit. Simply put - excellent all round. Thank you to all of the staff especially Ben Mellor the head chef.

Staff was really helpful and asking if the menu was clear enough. They have a large choice of wines and the food was superb. You have to experience it.

The food was Suberb, oysters best I’ve ever had, I asked about the, costata di bovino audlto (beef) and Ben Mellor, the executive chef, came and explained the cut of meat and the origins of it, which we ordered, it was cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth, absaloutely delicious. Eone our wine conoseur recommended fantastic wines, red and white to have with our meal. The cheese board had a great selection of cheeses, and other desserts where delicious. The presentation was outstanding, I cannot praise Ben and colleagues enough for a fantastic evening with my husband, son and his fiancé, the ambience of the restaurant was amazing. Loved the night, first time I’ve been but certainly won’t be the last. Thank you all. X highly recommend.
