the crew here is amazing, lost my phone and the whole security team took it so seriously and helped me until I got it back 2 hours later, so flipping grateful and surprised. I never experienced that at a club before, thanks Bloc �

Top weekend, the music all weekend was of the highest quality and Billy Nasty and Radioactive man on Sunday eve was the best raving experience/vibe in a room I have had in over a decade. Hats off guys please do another one somewhere :) Security were shocking though and sound systems could have been a lot better especially in the bigger rooms

Too many people whinging. I agree some of the sound was low in places and carhartt sound struggled Friday but if you found a sweet spot it was fine. Security were all helpful and polite and we all felt it was nice and relaxed. Sunshine music and good times. Would it be worth petitioning to do another?

Techno techno techno did get lost a few times, I think there should be more signs to all the villages as it's very easy to get lost in the middle of Butlins. Music and venue were class. Accommodation isn't that great, we stayed in the gold chalet, but that's my only complaint. Shame there isn't one next year!

One of my favourite venues.

Great sound system, nice and dark with plenty of smoke and lights.

Always a friendly atmosphere and they have got the friendliest security that actually enjoy their job and want you to enjoy yourself too.

Adequate bar with plenty of ice cold water for free.

I went for Desire the Wharehouse Tasco reunion party, brilliant promotion, Djs, music, sound system & people and venue, awesome, prices on the bar were ok not too outrageous but still pricey for the basic availability, but still not a complete rip off!

Only one moody Secirity guy out of all of them.

He was grumpy looking white dude, vey short (little man syndrome) stocky (steroids possibly) and was hunting round like a starved pit bull! Joker get another job if you can't handle the nightwork and go home and get some sleep & leave clubbers to enjoy themselves! Free Parking near by was easy to find, in london a bonus too! Outside area for smoking was small but adequate. I will be going again! Pucker night! Thank you!

I have been to a fair share of festivals in my time, but this certainly cuts the mustard. The combination of techno and childish fun is mind blowing. Sad to see it come to an end. The weekends spent here won't be forgotten.

I had a lot of fun at the SIREN party while visiting from Canada. Awesome space.

Came with my wheelchair using friend for the 2nd time to see Omar S. Once again the staff were incredible; really friendly, helpful, and well organised. Wheelchair access was dream. Omar S was as flawless as always. Thanks again Bloc. You guys are the benchmark for club accessibility imo.

Been here two years now and it's the most magical experience you can have filled with beautiful people who share the same love for music. Sound and lights are great, with some exception from lack of bass sometimes, but still. Amazing. Don't let it end please.

sound this year was horrifc, even worse than last year - and thats saying something.....

over run by hipsters and utter wastemen too - not as many heads there as usual, guess thats to be expected though.

still love bloc and everyting you do, lineup and techno/electro wise you were spot on, guessing sound was due to restrictions.

also security staff confiscated my aftershave glass bottle - went to claim it back earlier (monday afternoon) only to be told it was lost.

butlins blamed bloc, and only when i kicked up a fuss with the manager they reimbursed me........

good festival n party but too many hiccups..... whole crack stage lineup on saturday night times was a joke too........

also went to catch ben ufo at jak stage sat night and was dj bone unannounced..........

Overall I had a great weekend! Lots of fun and the crowd brought the positive party vibes. I was left disappointment both nights when I was forced to retreat back to my chalet early due to the repetitive techno playing in every single venue!!!!

It was all about Jungle BLOC on Sunday!!

Other than lack of variation if music you did good BLOC!!

Security need to lighten up. If you have an old skool night on people are gonna get nutted, stop walking around & let people enjoy themselves

Disappointing. I'm sorry I went, especially after reading that awful article about how crap we all are. Bite the hand that feeds. The only good things were the fellow party-goers and the talented performers that had to play despite the very poor sound.

Worst nye ever. We had tickets but apparenlty were not so lucky to get in.

Seems someone sold more tickets than they should have.

After waiting for an hour we got anounced that we won't get in.

Still waiting for a response or refund.

Staff was very friendly from the bartenders, security to the polite receptionists. I really enjoyed some of the acts and the vibe. However, the sound system was awful in some of the room and wasn't what to expect in a festival, particularly in the Carhatt was extremely poor. Also, I would like to "thank" Bloc for making me lose around £120 in stuff thrown in the bin without any consideration towards me. The website clearly specified that alcohol was not allowed on site but there is not anything in FAQs about medication and perfumes. My brand new Lacoste perfume was thrown in the bin at the check in and also my vitamins from Holland and Barrett. In FAQs there is not anywhere that says no one of the above were not allowed in Butlins. The website clearly explains that alcohol is not allowed but nothing about crystal bottles and neither anything about medication that should be enclosed and with a prescription with the name of the patient, otherwise I would have not been that stupid to bring them with me!. If my Holland and Barrett vitamins would have been drugs, believe me, I wouldn't have been that stupid to put all of them in my suitcase as I know it would be inspected at the check in. They clearly did not look like drug pills and I asked to please keep them for when I would check out or for a drug tester kit to clarify that they were not drugs. I also insisted for other solutions regarding my perfume as it was new and expensive. You should have more consideration towards your customers and I am sure other options could have been given to me and to others in similar situation. But, of course who is going to care for around £120 wasted in the bin apart from me and it is easier for the staff to just throw stuff in the bin...I wanted to proof this as I wanted to make a complaint, but taking pictures were refused.I don't think we should be treat like this, it is just not fair and not my problem if no one of these were specified in the website... No wonder why it was the last Bloc ever! Again... I loved the atmosphere and some of the deejays like James Ruskin, Ben Klock or Rodhad but there was a lot to improve and you should have done it better at your last edition ever.

Mostly the security.

After pre buying tickets was greeted by bouncers saying we couldn’t enter without 2forms of id.

Then when we turned to leave, was told he could get us in if we payed him £20...each!!!



Search team was emptying kids contraband into their own pockets!

When we eventually got in it was freezing and the toilets were over flowing with shit.



Security on the dance floor were hassling dancers and killing the vibe throughout the night.



Shit venue,run by security that definitely had their own selfish agenda.
