The service was excellent , all the waitresses & waisters were polite & efficient !

I thanked our waitress fir her service as we left - she was delighted as they wee short staffed that day - but we didn’t notice !

Beautiful venue , stylish interior!

Outside was busy and had a lovely Summertime atmosphere.

Visited for breakfast with my daughter today, the food was gorgeous, the general relaxed vibe was lovely , the staff attentive,really enjoyed our visit

Only came here as im huge fan of Made in Chelsea �� they go there a lot . It was busy but nice. Would like to try to book nice table for dinner

My boyfriend brought me here for my first time. I can’t fault this place. Excellent food, drinks and service. Our waiter Genix was very attentive considering he was serving the whole of the outside area. The food was delicious. I’d definitely go back.

Lovely afternoon tea. Great food - especially the crab filled tarts. Great service - very helpful and friendly, yet also relaxed. Great atmosphere and beautiful venue �

Hadn't been for years and pleased to report still as good as ever. The Brunch menu is fantastic - so much choice and at £30 for 3 courses, hard to beat on price (in Chelsea).

Staff are friendly, professional and efficient.

All this in an architectural building of interest (love the leaded windows)

Great service and great food, loved the history of the building with Donald Campbell’s bluebird stores there in the day , worth visiting

Fabulous service. Been twice now and the food is superb - try the watercress soup to start and the cod for a main - excellent value. Met Rachel the manageress and she was great - really friendly. Would have no hesitation in recommending

Amazing evening! We had a private work function in the room upstairs. Host was fantastic! Food was lovely. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning.

A very well organised restaurant with fast paced service and attentive behaviours from all staff passing by the table.

The food served was fantastic (smaller portion sizes than we expected but after three courses you will feel satisfied), however the service really stood out for me.

Not only was I impressed by our main waitress but as soon as I was torn for choice on the wine menu, a waiter passing by saw I was looking for guidance and recommended a lovely red to go with my main dish of bream and clams. It was delicious.



Me and my Fiancé had a lovely time celebrating our engagement and will be returning in the future.

5 of us came for Sunday Brunch and a long overdue catch-up. We were originally a party of 9, but there were a few last minute drop outs. The Bluebird staff were not put out by this and simply accommodated us on a smaller table with no fuss/recriminations. Brunch menu was good - plenty of veggie and pescatarian choices plus a full roast dinner for the carnivores among us. Dessert - sticky toffee pud was to die for.

Good ambiance, waiter service, lovely setting and gastro-level food - very enjoyable meal and dining experience.

Young waiter who served us kept forgetting his stuff.... Wasn't particularly busy in the late afternoon. Put it down to further coaching . Food and wine was great.

Overall a great experience never disappoints. A couple of niggles. Some cocktails need bigger glasses such as Margaritas. The drinks are very well presented but please don't use small glasses. Food is very good, but needs a couple more main specials to increase the wow factor options. Staff are always helpful and polite.

I went yesterday with two girlfriends who treated me for afternoon tea and cocktails for my birthday. As a venue I can’t fault it, really lovely ambience, excellent meet and greet, really really lovely. Our afternoon tea arrived and the sandwiches were quite dry and the bread a little stale, which we didn’t expect. We reported it to our waitress who seemed to roll her eyes and took the platter away. It was then brought back to us by a different waiter, the exact same platter, but with the stale sandwiches taken off!!! We didn’t want to make a fuss and ruin our afternoon out, so we let it go but we were then sandwiches down, so had to split what was left and share. Not the end of the world but wasn’t the service we expected. The cakes and scones were abs lovely and delicious. We had tea with ours and were surprised that it was served with teabags and not leaves, just a minor thing but usually expect tea leaves with afternoon tea. The cocktails were to die for, absolutely delicious and I think the best I’ve ever tasted. In all, it was abs lovely afternoon out, bar the issue with the sandwiches which we thought was a minor thing that could have been easily corrected but wasn’t.

I went there yesterday for Christmas lunch. They brought the courses up too quickly.

After soup sand then a starter I thought their would be a good gap before the main course , but no. I had turkey which wasn't hot enough and the Brussels were over cooked. The service was good , there was a lot of people working . The atmosphere was Christmassy so if did make up for a disappointment of the food

Very disappointing Bluebird that you can't order, or be served, a cup of tea in the bar/lounge (on a blistering cold day) before meeting guests for dinner!!

Such a shame as I’ve normally had such good experience here before but for as for service here on Tuesday early evening was rubbish! Loads of staff swimming around like fish but yet none seemed to be focused on their areas or service skills. Not keen to return.

Food disappointing , I had the chicken Caesar burger which was over cooked , measly piece of lettuce & a smidgen of caesar dressing . Small portion of fries . Venue had a nice atmosphere & we had an excellent Sommelier & Italian waitress . Wouldn’t rush back for the food , but good to pop in for a drink/cocktail

The food and drinks were lovely but the whole experience was ruined as the waitress that served myself and my friend was incredibly rude and unhelpful made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Expecting the full tip when she did nothing for it she said we have to pay it, when it’s actually optional.We were willing to pay most of the tip due to the other members of staff but after her hovering around us and making us feel awkward. I won’t be going there again as I’d never want to feel that uncomfortable again
