Just a reminder to parents we start our Silver Swans Classes tonight at a special time this week of 7pm, all are welcome, no experience necessary. T-shirt, leggings and socks are suitable for a one off class. It's a great way to put a Spring back in your step. We hope to see you there! xx

Bluebirds Ballet School is excited to announce the launch of a new weekly ballet class for dancers over the age of 50 years.
The program initiative was created by the Royal Academy of Dance and is known as Silver Swans https://www.royalacademyofdance.org/…/â €¦/become-a-silver-swan
... There are many benefits of taking up ballet for the first time or re visiting it later in life. Ballet is wonderful for posture, core strength, balance, bone density, mobility of joints, flexibility, heart health and mental health. It is also a lovely way to make new friends with common interests.
Classes commence April 2019. We are taking enrolments now, only pre-qualification is being over 50 years of age and passionate about this beautiful art form. Please email us at bluebirdsballetschool@gmail or call on 07515522792 to book a taster class.

Such exciting progress has been made with the launch of the new Royal Academy of Dance Global Headquarters! It's going to be such a magnificent opportunity for all of our dancers to experience of the coming years. The project will be completed by 2020.

Just a reminder for dedicated students of ages 8-10 years aspiring to attend the Royal Ballet School auditions for the Junior Associates programme will be held in May. Applications are due no later than 25th March. Our teachers are available to take photos for the application and talk through the process. Please watch the attached video to get an insight this very exciting programme. The audition process itself is a wonderful fun and exciting experience in itself.

Very proud to announce our former pupil Luke Wragg will be dancing in Liam Scarlett's new ballet of "The Cunning Little Vixen" at the Royal Opera House. There are still tickets left if you'd like to join us for the Matinee on Feb 16th xx
