Last year, BMF launched a new initiative to offer free fitness classes to ex-serving or current serving members of the Armed Forces. As a company founded by ex-soldiers, that employs over 400 military fitness instructors to deliver outdoor fitness classes across the UK, what better way to give back to the Armed Forces community by offering free membership.

Well that was a fair effort Ben, sad to have you moving on. It’s safe to say, BMF Chelmsford will be missing you sir. Almost 10 years with us, your achievements to name a few: 7th in the Major, 1st in most relays, 1st on the mike at Karaoke, 1st to get a piggy back home from Instructor after said Karaoke. 1st on attendance register at Chelmsford. All the best to you and Lorna on your expectant arrival and the puppy, don’t be strangers, we look forward you all again when the baby comes
